Thank you for your great staff, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and thanks Ratesh to your continued support of our food bank when we shop for our perishable foods we use in our home delivered hampers for the community helping Single Parent families with Disabilities.
Ratesh, the owner and his staff, are awesome.
We at Food Bank on Wheels are glad we switched our shopping from our previous store to No Frills Sewak's in Port Coquitlam.
Their service is great, friendly and prices are great, so is the quality of fresh fruits & vegetables that we buy for our home delivered food hampers along with the Milk and eggs.

I liked shopping at NOFRILLS a few years ago in Toronto. Yesterday, it’s the first time I went shopping at NOFRILLS in BC. It was great to find my expected butter tart. The store has good deals as well. Some of products are really cheap, e.g., pork leg was $1.49/lb. Happy shopping 🛒!

No frills came in as a young company, and now have turned into a mature corporation on the bold deals, customer service, and great staff make companies successful,
Seems to be a lot of criminal activity after hours but that’s one that. Mayor West should be dealing with. He’s the one that promised you and me less crime. and a safer community.

One of the better groceries in the neighbourhood, the prices are actually reasonable, the place is clean, and parking is convenient.

Love this store for grocery shopping, been shopping there for years. Super friendly and polite staff, great management and Sewak is great at trying to source items I've brought to his attention. Great overall experience. Thanks team and keep up your great work.

Its basically a mini SuperStore but without all rush and lineups. Has same prices and products that SuperStore has.

Good store to shop at if you're on a budget . Their selection of breakfast cereal for dirt chip is huge ! Honestly , unless you're going to Safeway specifically for their bakery (which I know alot of people do ) I'd recommend going across the street to No-Frills , you will be saving alot of money .

Great weekly deals on essential like veggies n fruit. Only location w 250g smoked salmon for $11.99 - $12.99. All other locations are $11.99 for 100g

Convenient stop for quick grocery shopping. There is always parking available and they have the basics. My favorite quick stop.
