Great service and cut a key that other stores gave me a hard time with in minutes and worked fine ! Great customer service and easy lay out of store so you can see everything.i am going to recommend this place and would drive out of the way to use this business service because of the great experience I had here ! I would recommend to friends and family !

I called the store to confirm they had the blank for a key I needed cut. Other stores did not, but they did.
When I arrived, they made copies for me and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great service. Thank you!

We use Executive Lock and Safe for our fleet and shop keys for our irrigation business. These guys are the best to deal with and give great service and their keys always work. We highly recommend them...plus they always are in a good mood when we walk in which is rare nowadays!!

Have a floor safe. Batteries died and couldn't open the safe with the backup key. Called Buddy and sent him a pic of the safe. He directed me to an area below the key pad and said that could be the battery compartment. When I looked at it more closely, I saw a small pin hole. Pushed a pin in and voila! Compartment opened up. I am so grateful for Buddy's assistance and saving me a chunk of money. Thanks Buddy! You've more than lived up to your name! Cheers!

I went in wanting to ask for a locksmith to come to my place to change my lock, the guy at the desk showed me how easy it is to take the lock apart and bring it in, which would save me $80! He also gave me advise on how to troubleshoot when I install the lock back on the door. Price for rekey and extra copies were very reasonable. The staff at Executive Lock & Safe were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They knew exactly what we were looking for and we left happily with a new safe. We plan to use them again, whenever we need a key cut. They are so personable and I want to support local businesses. Highly recommend.

Finally, a place to get my keys cut accurately. I’ve had numerous problems with Canadian Tire, they have screwed up my keys and I’ve had to turn around and get them recut. They didn’t even apologize.

Anyway, I started going to Executive instead. I noticed it one day while driving to the Cat & The Fiddle, and realized I could try a smaller store that specialized in keys. The staff are friendly, quick, and always accurate. I have never had a problem.

We had to replace worn MEDCO lock cylinder & Alex was super helpful. Then we had some issues with tenant worn keys - which Buddy was again very helpful to resolve...These guys are customer orientated & I would highly recommend them for all locksmith & security services...!!

I broke my keys off in the lock to my house front door and tried to fix it myself ultimately destroying the lock . They re keyed the lock and tried to fix it . After returning home and figuring out that it just wouldn't work they replaced the lock to fit the old one free of charge. This is a good business and will definitely go back to them .
