Very courteous, very professional. The technicians are definitely experienced at what they do and do it very well. Leslie at the front desk is incredible and is always more than willing to help in. Anyway, I had issue with a different RV company - Meridian RV, who gave me the runaround for two solid years claiming that the issue with my brand new trailer was that I wasn’t cleaning the gutters. The crew at West Coast RV quickly and efficiently identified the problem and solved it. I highly highly recommend West Coast RV Centre to anybody for their service, and the pricing for their supplies are equal or better than the larger, competitive shops..

We just bought a motorhome there today was a great experience and they gave us a very good deal too. Very kind and generous all around. Highly recommend this place.

My RV got leaking under the floor last fall, West Coast fixed it. I was surprised to find much leakage from the bottom of my RV when I de-winterized this summer. After a complete check, the owner Mr.B acknowledged this was caused by the cutting of the plumber line in last fixing job. After his explanation, I understood this was an honest mistake even for the technician that did the repair, nobody would know manufacturers put water lines inside the metal frame. Mr.B took the responsibility and stood behind their work, fixed it for me free of charge. I know they squeezed time from their full calendar and did it for me in one week, to accommodate my forthcoming trip.

I dropped my trailer off here after getting hit and run damage. Now I haven't had the work fully complete yet, so I will update as soon as I get it back - but so far the service has been great. Yes the lady up front can seem a little cold as other reviews note but she is actually nice and been quite helpful for me (answered my silly questions no issue.) The owner has been great to communicate with and Mike the head technician was very professional when I wanted to show him a few things on my trailer. Sometimes being a women that tows a trailer you can be talked to like you don't know anything and I haven't felt like that one bit here. I felt good leaving my trailer in their hands. Look forward to seeing the work done next week. Thanks!

Our experience with West Coast RV Parts has been excellence. Our Roadtrek has been serviced by them for years. They have gone out of their way with difficult issues. They are very professional and friendly. their rates are the same as other RV service centres. All work is done in a timely manner and they alert us if anything is found that was not covered in the initial service booking. We feel very confident in their work and never feel taken advantage of, all repairs etc. are explained when completed.
We travel some distance to West Coast because we trust them and they take good care of our RV.

They are all very courteous and professional. They were able to correct a Manufacture's defect that the initial Dealer couldn't find.

They repaired the hole in my fiberglass trailer very well. You cannot even tell it was ever damaged. In fact that side they repaired looks better than the other side that the factory did. Fast, professional, reasonable cost. Will take all my repairs to them from now on, as they are better than the "big" dealers that also sell RV's.

Very happy with this team. They were the only repair shop within 50km that would book me in for a skylight replacement with just 3 weeks notice. They gave me advice on other minor things that would need to be done eventually without pressuring me to get them done there. They fixed a broken connector plug on my truck the same day even though it was an unexpected and unbooked job. B's staff were super friendly and helpful. The only overisght was pieces of the old broken skylight left in the shower stall and not cleaned up afterwards. Small inconvenience compared to all the positives and good work that I experienced.

Very happy with the service at West Coast RV. Friendly staff and they were able to help me out the same day I called. I booked an appointment for a few weeks later to have some more maintenance done and the work was completed quickly and at the price promised. I would definitely recommend West Coast RV and will be going back.

I went to the dealer I bought the RV from to get some work done before two big trips. They were too busy to do all the work I wanted even though when I booked my appointment the service department wrote down all the work I want ed done. They could even do the $150 wash I wanted to pay for. I just was able to get my bearings repacked.
I called Westcaost RV and a 110volt power issue I had was diagnosed and fixed the next day, and in just 5 hours.
They do warranty repairs, and I will return to Westcoast from now on

Just got my RV back from West Coast. Brought it in to diagnose a leak in the City Water supply side. They got it done in a reasonable timeframe and with reasonable pricing. So far so good, I have fresh water through the taps again!

We highly recommend West Coast RV for any RV repairs. Bahram (B) and the team are very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, professional and we couldn't be more happy with the repairs they have done for us in the past. We appreciate everything they have done for us. Thank you again guys!

We travel extensively and have found the management and staff to be very knowledgeable and met all our requirements for quick turn around and high quality repairs. The prices are comparable to other dealers but service and quality are second to none.
