Meridian RV was a pleasure to work with, Mike was patient with showing us the different trailer in our price range and our preferences, Perrin was patient and through with all the paper work, Colleen was excellent in doing the final walk through and ensured everything was in working order and if not had it fixed.

We bought our first RV (just in the nick of time before a big trip) and it needed a few safety fixes, so brought it to Meridian RV in peak season and they were SO accommodating, helpful, patient, honest, understanding and it SAVED OUR BUTT. JUDY is the model for customer service excellence. I mean what a difference - meridian had even suggested we try first to go next door to their competitor West Coast RV because their schedule was so tight - and West Coast RV was so dismissive and lame so we went back to Meridian and they really came through for us. We are so thankful! 🙏🙏 will definitely be back. Don’t think twice - go to these folks who care!

We are fairly new to the camping experience and bought a unit 3 years ago at an undisclosed dealer in Langley and after 3 years we discovered that our style of camping didn’t require all the bells and whistle that our trailer had and were not being used . Our old trailer was too big for our needs and thinking back when we bought it the salesman was not very helpful on our needs and seemed more interested in a sale rather than a happy camper. We were given less than 10 minutes of orientation and out the door with our first and new 35 foot trailer and our first camping experience was kind of a find out for yourself how this thing works and lots of google searches. All that being said our experience at Meridian RV was totally a different experience with helpful advice and a great tutorial on our new purchase and Johnny was a breath of fresh air to deal with and so was all of the team , thank you and will recommend Meridian RV to friends who are looking to start experiencing the great outdoors cheers and happy camping

My wife and I have never owned an Rv. We have been really impressed with the service we have received from Doug at Meridian RV. We were given a walk through but struggled on our maiden voyage to the USA. He took our call and kindly and patiently walked us through our dilemma. He has, on many occasions answered our rookie questions without judgement and with a smile. Doug was also great when it came time to winterize our unit. My wife and I can’t say enough about his service and professionalism and are very happy we made the decision to buy from Meridian RV.

My husband and I started looking at trailers 2 years after having the most horrifying experience with the purchase of our first one. ( we bought used privately) and let’s just say… we got taken for a ride. We decided the best choice for us was to buy brand new after that. Johnny was amazing he Answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We didn’t feel any pressure from him with the sale of our brand new hideout and we are so happy with our purchase!

My wife and I have never owned an RV's before so we did a bit of research, looked at used trailers and visited a few dealerships. We ended up buying a new trailer from Meridian RV. They had a great selection and were able to find a trailer that ticked all of our boxes. They spent over half a day with us going over all of the features and how to operate the trailer.

Johnny was our Sales person and he was very knowledgeable and always made himself available. Several times we had questions about the trailer outside of regular business hours and Johnny always responded promptly. Our experience with Johnny and Meridian RV to date has been great!
