The staff at Lincoln Dental are very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Michelle takes care of all insurance claims and there are no hidden costs. She is very efficient. The hours are great! Their dental hygienist Erin is the best I’ve ever been too. There is never any pain and she does an amazing job cleaning my teeth and providing advice. I recently had dental surgery here and the dentist did a wonderful job. He took the time to carefully explain everything and the surgery was pain free. I highly recommend this Lincoln Dental Centre.

Editing my review to add 5 stars for Dr. Gill. Now that Dr. Thorpe has retired, we see Dr. Gill here and he is as warm and gentle and caring as Dr. Thorpe had been. He has some cool new technology to discuss some possible future dental issues which may need attention but is never pushy about what is needed now. My family of 4 continues to be super happy here!

My family and I have been coming here for years. My kids are still young and are super comfortable here. Last visit, they had their exams in a room adjacent to mine and I could hear how kind and caring Dr. Thorpe and their hygienist were with them. I always feel comfortable as well. There aren't a lot of bells and whistles, but the receptionist is amazing - friendly, responsive, and on top of things - and every hygienist is fantastic. Dr. Thorpe is a gem and deserves a relaxing retirement. Five stars every time!

I needed some repair and cosmetic work done on my front tooth. The tooth had a small chip and was a bit discoloured. Dr. Sangha did an amazing job, restoring and carefully reshaping the tooth and matching the colour perfectly to my own.
I can smile widely again with pretty teeth!

I have always had a deep fear of dentists until I met the Gills. I had an appointment for 2 fillings before my son’s wedding in Thailand. I had already been given the numbing injection when I told Dr.Gill about the upcoming wedding. He told me that because the filling was quite near the nerve centre, there was a possibility of sensitivity for a few weeks after the procedure. Thus, he told me to return for the fillings after the wedding as he didn’t want to risk any discomfort for me during the festivities. What a kind considerate man!
Now, if any other dentist would have told me about the possible sensitivity after the fillings, I probably wouldn’t have gone back as I have mentioned my phobia about dentists. But because I have built up trust with the Gills, I went back yesterday for the fillings having just returned from Thailand, Again, he warned me about the possible sensitivity afterwards. I was all ready with my Tylenol but lo and behold! NO PAIN! I feel nothing! And I had seen the awkward position of the filling on the x-ray. My faith in Dr.Gill is even stronger and if any of you have a fear of dentists, this husband-and-wife team have the nicest bedside manner and are so good at what they do. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to you.

Dr.Radmehr and the team at Coquitlam Dental Group are above and beyond professional. As soon as you walk through the doors you know you are in good hands. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. State of the art office. Highly recommended!

Our whole family has been coming to Lincoln Dental centre for over 30 years. Our hygienist Erin is one of a kind, Michelle keeps us in line 😊 and though we miss Dr Thorpe and the care she has given us over the years I had an appointment with Dr Gill recently for a filling and he was very kind and let me know what to expect from my appointment and checked in during the procedure to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort - a very positive experience.

My husband and I have been going to Lincoln Dental for 28 years, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Carol Thorpe and Dr. Sangha are absolutely the best dentists that we have ever had. They are really kind and take their time to explain everything; super professional and compassionate. Our hygienist is Erin and she is the very best; I'm sure the other hygienists are as well, but our experience is with Erin. She has a way of making you feel relaxed, never any discomfort, super clean dental area, and she always takes her time. The receptionist Michele is really friendly and always greets the patients with a smile. If there was a 10 for a rating, that is what I would give Lincoln Dental Center. Thank you all!

I have been going to Dr. Thorpe for a long time. I would never considering seeing another dentist. Dr. Thorpe is extremely knowledgeable and very kind and caring. Very good for those who are afraid of the dentist or for small children. She really takes the time to explain all procedures to you in terms you understand and will go through all the options with you to choose the best treatment plan for you. She is constantly updating and perfecting her skill sets and if you go to her you know you are receiving the most up to date and efficient procedures. Her staff are very friendly and welcoming and create a warm and kind atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dr, Thorpe above any other dentist in the area.

Everybody on staff from front desk to the dentist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike some offices they treat everybody like a neighbour they’ve known for years! Highly recommend!

Great dental office to take your family to. Dr. Thorpe is so amazing with my little boy, she makes the dentist a fun place for him to go! And Dr. Sangha fixed a cosmetic deficiency with my front tooth and was meticulous with it - you can't even tell was a problem.

This is my first experience at Lincoln dental center. The staff is so polite over there. I had great and very satisfying experience with Dentist Navpreet Kaur .She is so kind ,skilled and professional person. She is so excellent in dental diagnosis and dental crown services. The cleansing personnel Julie's work is also very good. All staff members are strictly following the required precautions for COVID-19 while attending their customers. Thanks Dr. Navpreet and all staff for providing me safe and quality care ❤

Dr. Sangha and Dr. Gill are both exceptional, and appreciate them as much as I did Dr. Thorpe while she was actively working. I've had crowded teeth all of my life, and there were a couple of spots hard to keep clean. I am well past the age where I have cosmetic concerns, but Dr. Sangha pointed out that I could improve my oral hygiene and reduce the risk of losing teeth in my senior years by considering orthodontic procedures. There's not much point in having a dazzling smile if you look like I do but I really like having teeth so this now made sense to me!! LOL. I'm well into the Invisalign process now and could not be happier with the result. My hygienist Erin has a very gentle touch and I do enjoy her positive personality. She notes how much easier it is to keep things clean now that things are better aligned. This team has made a big difference for me, and can highly recommend them to you.

I have been going for some time now, and found her very helpful in planning my years to go so that when I retire I will have my teeth in great shape and less bills when I cannot afford so much. As for punctuality they have been very good as a dentist goes, she spends the time to do it right, that's how I have felt every time I have gone and seen her. I have had many crowns prior o seeing her and was not happy, but now seeing her I feel way more happy because she puts the time in to make it how only she would be happy if it were her own teeth. Customer satisfaction is her only direction. As for her staff loved them felt at home, talking about what is new in life. I found her hygienists great as long as I kept up to the schedule which sometimes I failed at, which is so important now a days to keep in good condition, and keep my costs down. preventative maintenance is what Carol's office is all about

The staff are very friendly and make every effort to make sure you are comfortable no matter what service/procedure they are doing for you. They constantly check on how you are feeling and this is very important in a dentist's office. I would heartily recommend the Lincoln Dental Centre to anyone looking for top, personal and professional care from a dentist, hygenist or related service.

Dr. Carol Thorpe and her staff are excellent! Her friendly and upbeat staff were very kind to my children. I also appreciated how Dr. Thorpe made me at ease and she listened to my questions and fears. She not only does the general stuff like cleanings, fillings and crowns, but also Botox, veneers and dentures. Her touch was very gentle. I will defiantly be going back!

We are moving to the island and at my last appointment I was actually sad to say goodbye to my dentist.
I was born with poor teeth but in the 15 or more years I have been seeing Dr Thorpe she has helped to bring my teeth back to life. She is the most dedicated and caring and highly skilled dentist I have ever known, and I have a lot of experience with dentists. I have spent MANY hours in her dental chair, but it has never been a chore. I don't look forward to going to the dentist, but I look forward to seeing Dr. Thorpe. Both her and her staff have always been there for me and I almost feel like part of her dental family. If I have one negative to say, it is that she won't move her practice to the island with us, so she can continue to take care of my teeth. I might even have to make the trek back to the mainland to get the wonderful dental care I am used to. Thanks Dr Thorpe. I will miss your laugh.
