They are respectful and have great customer service that helped us with information and ensuring everything was smooth and effortless. They also have a complimentary delivery service for those in the lower mainland.

It was already extremely hard to deal with the loss of our loved one, but having an affordable option removes what could be an even larger burden, particularly if there is no estate. Even though it was inexpensive, it never felt "cheap", and everyone I dealt with was very extremely respectful.
