From start to finish Matt was very professional. Great photographs and digital media to highlight what we had to offer. Open houses and showings to fit our schedule. We discussed the value of our home and what we would accept for a reasonable offer during a market slowdown and after 2 months of interest received our full asking price! I would highly recommend Matt if you are selling or buying. He is friendly, professional, and his knowledge of the current housing market is well documented.
