Awful customer service. We did not qualify for one of the properties that we were interested, which I understand, but they made us feel so bad, basically hanging up my call the three times I was requesting an official response that we did not qualify, so we could move on and continue looking for another property. Despite the effort we made to have a conversation with them and look for other options they might have now or in the future that we did qualify, they were just so RUDE. Cero professionalism and customer service 👎🏻

I also see the other bad reviews. Keep up your “good” business.

Most unprofessional company I have ever seen - the owner answered the phone and proceeded to be extremely rude and sarcastic in his apology for taking $2300 from a PREVIOUS tenant who no longer lives at the property and has not in over a month. This company is highly unprofessional and they are crooks. They will nickel and dime you, leave you in a suite that’s water damaged for MONTHS, and they have no idea what it means to be a professional company with lawful business practices. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING THAT THIS COMPANY IS ATTACHED TO - You will regret it! They will even go as far as trying to charge you for a tinfoil stove liner.

Word to the wise Kenson Realty, develop some lawful business practices, get rid of your unprofessional employees, and get on top of your business. Previous tenants should not be paying rent after move out dates - get your paperwork in order.

was suppost to show me a house for 1:30 today no one is here i called and they told me 5:30 which wasn't true. wasted 1hr 40mins driving to see nothing.

Definitely discriminates against applicants! My girlfriend & I have a combined income of over 130 grand a year & they say we cannot afford a 3800.00 rental property & we were denied by their foreign owners!
