Would highly recommend Vincent if you need physiotherapy. He dealt with all my inquiries in a professional manner. Received treatment for my knee and exercises I could do from home, and follow up on my conditions weekly. Clinic staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Eagle Ridge Physio is a great spot – clean, easy parking, and you can get there by bus or car. I've been under the care of Kristin Bean since June, and she's been a lifesaver for my work-related injury that initially had me struggling to walk.

Kristin has been more than just a physiotherapist – she's been a supportive guide throughout my recovery journey. Her approach is not only professional but also incredibly patient and understanding.

Alongside my sessions with Kristin, I've had the pleasure of experiencing massage therapy with Paulos Tesfamichael. 5 months I've had that lower back issue. Paulos worked my legs and somehow solved the mystery in 60 minutes. The receptionists were also very helpful with direct billing my benefits.

I’ve been seeing Nicole for clinical Pilates and Ashley for Physio for over a year and have seen so much improvement in my strength and mobility. Nicole and Ashley are so knowledgeable and are able to make modifications for different exercises easily depending on the accommodations I might need. I have used this facility over the years for various injuries. Excellent assessments excellent treatment excellent results as well as very knowledgable staff.

I've been to several physiotherapists (3 to be exact) in the last year to treat my ongoing issues and Ashley has been the only one to actually treat me with improvements!!! I've been seeing her for only 3 treatments and my left wrist has never felt better in the last 8 months! I can now fully rotate my wrist!!!

What makes Ashley stand out is she explains why she is doing for each assessment and what the treatment plan is. This really exemplifies her knowledge and taught me reason for what I'm feeling/ will feel following the treatment.

Everyone at Eagle Ridge physiotherapy have been an integral part of my postpartum recovery. I have seen Ashley for pelvic floor physio therapy, Nicole for clinical Pilates, and Beata for massage therapy. Everyone is professional and amazing at what they do and it’s so convenient that everything is in one place.

Thank you to the team here for helping me with my neck and shoulder spasm. Saheb has been absolutely phenomenal with his physio magic, not just during the time during the clinic but with the exercises he provided via an app that are so easy to follow and practice. Paulos has been great with his massage therapy that thoroughly complements the rest of the treatment. All the staff members are nice to work with as well. Glad our family found this gem in Westwood Plateau.

I would like to sincerely thank Michele on behalf of myself and my mother ( Zahra) for her knowledge, expertise and continuous care in treatment. My mother has been dealing with pain from a chronic work-related injury for years, recently worsened by a subsequent work-related injury in the same area. No physiotherapist was able to properly locate the source until she met Michele who almost immediately diagnosed the problem and followed it up with the appropriate exercise and treatment plans. Ever since having placed herself under Michele's care, my mother's condition has begun to improve and her pain has eased. We are both grateful to her for the time and continual effort she places in assisting my mother through her situation.
