President's Choice Financial Pavilion and ATM

Their service is pretty good but the location on map is totally wrong. It is showing outside the metrotown mall but it is inside, in superstore.
Don't know why they don't pickup phone call

This is the worse PC Financial location and they have no right knowledge about a simple bank account. I opened a PC Money bank account and as again mentioned that it won't effect my credit score. Unfortunately, my score was down because of this stupid bank account and agent as well. I already have two bank accounts with two major banks and non of them did a hard inquiry because of just opened the bank account. I really regret that I trusted an unprofessional and inexperienced PC MONEY AGENT WHO JUST LIED to me for his pocket. I don't recommend this bank to anyone because of my horrible experience.

This is literally the WORST company ever. The recent years the service has disgustingly declined - 3+ hours to wait on hold and there’s always a “mistake” with the points. Totally not worth the time or energy, go somewhere else.

Go to your bank for the atm serivce. You would get charged $4.50 for the service fee.
