I can say enough how impressed I am! The team at pro rise is excellent. I can't think of a single negative thing about this experience. These are the guys who should paint you house without question. Very punctual, polite and they work all day. Quiet pleasant and they do great work. You can really tell they care about the finished product. All around great guys! There was a mixture of wood and vinyl and they managed to blend everything seamlessly. The initial contact and contract breakdown was excellent. Thank you so much we are very happy! ProRise consistently delivers exceptional service, having painted the interiors of residential properties for me four times. Their customer service is top-notch, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. The quality of their work is commendable, and I'll definitely choose them again for future projects.

Pro Rise re-painted our interior unit which was also to be a show suite (sales unit) for the rest of the building's units. This unit was 924 sq feet, and we had the ceilings, closets, trim, doors and walls repainted. Alvin and his team were a pleasure to work with. Alvin was very professional and the communication was great. They were happy to touch up any spots I asked for during the final inspection (I was picky as it was a show suite). Alvin and his team started and completed our interior painting project on time (in 2 days). Thanks to our Production Manager Pablo and the Pro Rise team! We would definitely use Pro Rise for future interior painting projects.

I contacted ProRise to repair some extensive drywall damage after a heat pump installation. Alvin and Jen did an exceptional job and the end result is amazing. Not only was the quality of their work excellent, part of it involved a textured ceiling and you literally cannot tell where the blend starts and ends, they were both the most friendly, professional people and so respectful of my pets and home. I will definitely be using ProRise for all my future painting and decorating projects.

Our Estimator was thorough with detailing and explaining the scope of work, the paint options available and the price quotation.

Our Production manager informed us of the start date and when the work was nearly complete, he informed us about that too.

The painting crew worked diligently and was punctual. There were some touch ups required which we brought to the company's attention afterwards and these were taken care of in the next week.

We were pleased with the Pro-rise team who just finished painting the exterior of our house. Each step of the process from initial contact to sign-off was managed professionally. The painters arrived as scheduled and worked diligently daily to finish the project as quickly as possible. Our site supervisor Pablo communicated frequently and was responsive to any feedback or questions I had. I wouldn't hesitate to have Pro-rise paint other areas of my home in the future.

We were very happy with the exterior house painting that Pro-Rise did. Our house is old (1912) with a mixture of wood and vinyl siding, original window sashes and lots of trim, some wood and some vinyl. The men who did the work were careful and thorough even though challenged by the height of the house. They did all the touch-ups we asked of them and were polite and accommodating. I would definitely use them again for future work.

Great experience with this company. Plan was to paint our house exterior last fall but with the terrible weather it didn't happen. They did make it a priority to get fascia painted as I was replacing the gutters.
Our house is clad with 30 year old 12 inch cedar siding with quite a few issues. I had concerns that prep work wouldn't correct all the issues before paint went on. Had to laugh, at one point, the painters that probably knew I was concerned said to me , "don't worry".
Once they started working, I had no worries. Two of the hardest working people I've had the pleasure to deal with. Nicknamed them Picasso and Rembrandt, which they got a kick out of.

I was in a crunch as I had new tenants moving in and being summer time, other painting companies would not commit to a date for the painting to be completed. I found ProRise on the internet and submitted a request. Got a call back within a day and an appointment was scheduled to go over what needed to be painted. Joseph was professional and honest. He provided a detailed estimate as well as a brochure. From there I was able to secure the project by signing off on the contract - online which is great and avoids the hassle of having to scan or send originals. Pablo and Carman were amazing to deal with. Great communication and the level of care and attention that they provided for my project is greatly appreciated. The job was completed on time and looks great! My tenants are very pleased as well. I will definitely be using ProRise again in the future and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you!
