Wow! I can't believe the reviews for Toshiba's laptops. We have had ours for over 10 years without a problem until now...it's finally dying...not yet, but soon. We were looking to replace ours, but found no one sells them anymore. We have a Satellite and honestly, it was one of the best things we ever bought. I'm actually very sad we have to get rid of it. It cost us just over $900.

Better than razor

First laptop package was great, bought in 2010 so I went back to them in 2014 only to be shipped a new laptop that had visible damage to the corner. I spoke to a french sounding CSR for a refund, but instead, he charged me extra for the damage, essentially putting the blame on me. What a joke. That rep should have been fired for incompetence.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

No one wants to take accountability for a defective TV that was purchased in December of 2017. On the box of the TV it says 1 year warranty. The problem is the sound on the TV doesn't work. I've tried trouble shooting it. All i want to to exchange for the same TV, sound simple? Nope, they'll expect you to jump through hoops and having techs sent out. I'm pretty sure they'll be spending more money on getting a tech out here to tell me it doesn't work instead of just replacing the TV which would be such a painless process. Now i have to wait 5-7 business for a CALL from Geek Squad to set up an apt for a tech to come out(ridiculous).

Although I won the TV at a Christmas party, I was able to track down the sponsor who gifted the tv to our company and obtain a receipt.(Very Embarrassing) Toshiba does not want to take responsibility for a manufacture defect on the TV and is running me in circles for the past week 7 days. Ive spent HOURS of my life being bounced back from Best Buy Canada and Toshiba.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM TOSHIBA.

Worst customer service I could imagine. I bought an external 2tb laptop drive which failed in 6 months. Sent for service in April, in early May I was offered a replacement within two weeks, in June they offered a refund since none were expected, after three more letters and one frustrating phone call I'm still waiting for anything but now their mail is being returned undeliverable.

Those dumbs don't know anything about customer service at all.

Crappy products and crappy customer service... they will wipe off everything without asking you and still fix nothing.

They destroy your stuff and blame at you.. what's a joke!

Zero customer service and never ever answer call.
I have bought my tv and my pc from Toshiba but I’m very sorry to buy them from toshiba. Alot of problems.
If there was zero star,I would give.

Bad product quality and worst customer service, if you have a choice, don’t buy Toshiba TV

They are the worst service I have ever seen!!

I had my computer repaired by them and all they did was...wiped-off everything without asking me.

They should have told me before they format it.

Now, I have to re-install everything and nothing has been done at all !!

It is absolutely waste of time and how dumb they are.

Be careful to deal with them.

They will wipe off your PC without asking !

Absolutely worst service ever. Im tempted to write off my $900.00 6 month old compter Im so frustrated trying to talk to someone. Maybe that Toshibas plan.I cant believe they are still in business. .

I'm trying to get a hold of someone to help with our office printer, do they even answer the phone.
