Port Moody Smile Dental

After more than 25 years of living in Canada , I believe I found the right family group Dentist. I have had before few Dentist doctors , and now I realize the different . Now I have been a regular patient of Port Moody Smile Dental me and my daughters . It has been a wonderful experience, considering going to the Dentist has been scarring for me since childhood. The staff are all friendly, accommodating and understanding. Dr. Dan is always ready to greet me with a smile when I arrive and Cristina is by far the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had. Dan has a fabulous sense of humors and we chat as if we're old friends, which makes me feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. I realize even that they had invest a lots in the latest equipment, so I have been so grateful to find this office and I have and will continue to recommend 100% it to anyone I know of in need of a good, clean and friendly dentist office. Usually I don't leave review , but this time I am happy to do it. Thank you again. With all respect Octavian. 🤗

Dr.Dan Catona is highly professional and pleasant to deal with. So far he is the best dentist I have ever had.

I always enjoy my visits to Smile Dental. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. It was my first time having Jen as my dental hygienist. She made me feel extremely comfortable and took great care of me.

Moved to Port Moody and found Port Moody Smile Dental and saw all the great reviews and was able to find an appointment that worked for my availability and was very happy to be able to book an appointment myself via their online portal.

Staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Really appreciated the extra attention to explaining / educating about dental health. I enjoy going to the dentist to look after my oral health/hygiene and am happy with the service and cool technology.

Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a dental office in Port Moody. Looking forward to being a regular patient.

Excellent care. The clinic is very clean and staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed with the attention to ensuring that I was comfortable at all times during both of my appointments. I had a filling done in a tricky spot, and the procedure was so quick and painless. My husband, who is usually terrified of the dentist, recommended this clinic so I knew my experience would be a positive one.

My visits to Smile Dental are always a good experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Dan's for a few years now and he is just great. They also have the very best Hygienists. From the moment you walk in the door you are immediately put at ease with the kindness and smiles you receive. I am so happy that I found this dental practice.

I love this dental office! The reception, hygienist, and dentist all are amazing and kind. I've got pretty sensitive teeth and my hygienist is always very nice and checks in with me during the appointment. If you're looking for a new office, here's the place!

I have to travel for about 2 hours and across a border every time I visit - totally worth it.

The admin team are simply amazing, not a single issue, always helpful, always ready to explain everything, not a single surprise when it comes to pricing.

Dr. Joon is great, kind and to the point. When I was having my implant installed, I got so relaxed and distracted that I started mentally obsessing about my work and at some point sighed bitterly - it scared him (I am so sorry!), because he always cares if you feel pain, even a little bit. All fillings and crowns I had installed seem to be doing pretty well. All my questions are always answered. I had over a dozen of dentists trying to help me in my life, and he definitely stands out in the best way possible.

All assistants I was lucky to meet were skilled and nice.

They have pretty high-end equipment, great x-rays.

Always a great experience!!! Dr. Catona is extremely competent and the first dentist to figure out what I needed to have healthy teeth with his Invisalign method, and he’s funny to boot; what more could you want? The staff are friendly and welcoming, and my hygienist is awesome 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻

Dr. Kim is very patient and thorough during the entire process for my appointments. Given I am more sensitive with needles and easily feel pain, he accommodated by giving me extra numbing and gave me a heads up before any pressure would be applied on my teeth. When I feel any discomfort, he immediately stops and checks to make sure I’m okay and whether I need a break. All the staff are very professional and friendly, always ready to answer my questions and help me out. This dental office has been one of the best experiences I’ve had and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

I have been going to this place for almost a year now. Dr. Joon is very patient, polite and skilled. He did a very good job with minimal discomfort. All the staff here is super sweet and helpful. They make sure you’re taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is scared or anxious to go to the dentist! They’re all super friendly and take good care of my teeth! :)

Thanks for the great service at Port Moody Smile Dental! Cheryl was my dental hygienist and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She is so gentle, professional and efficient. I was greated warmly upon arrival by the staff at the front and appreciated the ease in which I was able to have my insurance accessed for payment.

Finally found a great dentist and office , went for the first time and was shocked how great the experience was compared to last dentist . The hygienist was gentle and kind .Dr catona explained how to fix my teeth without it costing me thousands .

Very informative and gentle dental hygienists and dentist (Dr. Kim). Great at checking in with you and explaining everything. The reception also went above and beyond by calling my last dental clinic for previous xrays while I had my cleaning done. I highly recommend Smile Dental and their whole team.
