Smiles Unlimited Dental Centre

Smiles Unlimited is a good description of my experience at the dentist's office today. From my first experience thirty years ago to today I have always received excellent care at Smiles Unlimited. Upon my arrival, everyone was so warm and welcoming, I felt completely relaxed and enjoyed the positive energy among the women who work in the reception area. Dr. Han's staff work seamlessly together. My dental technician Jenny made me feel welcome and comfortable to discuss my concerns and we even shared gardening tips for growing fruits and vegetables in the Lower Mainland. Dr. Beuk, my first female dentist, was easy to talk with about my concerns and she put my mind at ease while discussing my treatment plan. I even got a bonus when I was leaving. The Tooth Fairy must still be looking after me because I received a 10% discount as a senior without insurance. All around it was a wonderful experience at the dentist's office today.

I have been a patient here for years. Dr Ham and his entire team are amazing. They take the time to really care about you. I recently had an emergency on a Saturday when they were closed. He responded with in 20 minutes and I was in the chair shortly after.

I have been going to Smiles for teeth cleaning since 2018 and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I never had any issues with the services, the dental hygienists are gentle with my teeth. During covid they made sure all the equipments are properly enclosed/sanitized and installed air purifiers in most offices. I have been with the same dentists, hygienists, and front desk for the past 6 years and they have been nothing but kind and patient with everyone.

I have been going to Smiles unlimited since day one. Always a good experience and Kristy has been able to clean my teeth with no discomfort.

I came to Smile Unlimited through my sister's recommendation for general care and was lucky enough to get Dr. Ham. He performed various procedures including fillings and an implant, all of which were done professionally and skillfully. With the implant procedure I did not experience any discomfort and didn't even have to take any pain killers after words. Through my time with Dr. Ham I have found him to be very friendly, honest, and ethical always thinking of the best interests for the patient not necessarily the most expensive. Besides that all staff is super friendly and assistants try their best.

First time I saw Dr.Jin was 10 years ago when he was interviewed on local TV channel. He came across as very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
So when I needed a good dentist, I knew where to go. So far my experience has been great.
I have been treated with a lot of respect. He and the dental coordinator Michelle were very kind and friendly, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease. I had 2 major dental procedures and he did an excellent job.
Super Professional. I would greatly recommend them.

Smiles Unlimited Dental Centre is a beautiful welcoming place, with an awesome kids area, professional staff and great service. I am a self employed person with no real extended health coverage, so I'm very conscious of what I spend. Dr Jin never tried to give me treatments I didn't really need. My gum line has receded in an area, but it is stable and not causing problems for now, so he is comfortable just monitoring it with me, and considering in the future whether or not we will need to do any intervention. I really appreciate his honesty, and the great attitudes he and his staff have ^^ :D

My experience with Dr.Jin was 10/10. I went to him for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. He did an awesome job, was very informative and attended to all my needs even after hours. I went to him again to get the rest of my wisdom teeth out and again, a great experience. Constantly made sure I was not in any pain, talked through the procedure to get my mind off of everything. Not to mention, the staff are all extremely nice and helpful too. I can truly tell he cares about everyone he deals with and only wants the best for them!! Highly recommend.

I came to Smiles Unlimited for sedation dentistry after a number of distressing attempts to freeze and work on my back molars. My lower back teeth simply couldn’t freeze and I’ve developed serious dental anxiety as a result. Dr ham thoroughly explained options including QuickSleep - a new technique that he recommended to avoid full sedation. I was impressed with the time and care he took to explain the procedure and was confident enough that I booked it. I just left the office having the procedure and it was a breeze- dr ham explained everything step by step focused on my comfort and it all worked well. No discomfort at all! If I need future dental work on my lower molars, I will be back.

My 18 year old son recently had his wisdom teeth pulled by Dr Ham. We would highly recommend him. He was very professional and friendly. My son had no issues with the extraction. Thank you Dr Ham and Smiles Unlimited staff, everyone was wonderful.

Dr Jin! Is an excellent surgeon... he makes the atmosphere very comfortable and relaxed. He always makes sure you comfortable and not in pain. He shows so much compassion and support during the surgery!!! He’s is excellent... he’s jokes are quiet interesting, but they still make you smile :).
