Red River Co-op Food Store

I bough some flower petals from this store and had kept it for reserve for a pick up on a different day. When I came to pick it up I was told that someone sold them and now they didn’t have anything to offer me back. The flower department really needs to learn customer service. I’m glad that I called the store manager Cara and customer service Bernadette were helpful and gave me fresh new petals from one of the bouquets.

Love this location, especially since the renovations. Butcher answered all my questions (and the lineup of people before me), and she didn’t make anyone feel like a bother at all. Meat and produce are really high quality. I compared steaks from co-op with steaks from a few other butchers (and local farmers) for a blind testing and co-op was voted the best by all involved which was a surprise because co-op also had the best sale prices on the ribeyes purchased. Will definitely be my go to place for future meat purchases.

Called in Friday morning to the bakery after calling 5 different places around the city that weren't able to put pictures on cakes. I spoke with Shelly. I asked if it was possible to get a couple pictures on to a couple cakes and have it ready the next day and she didn't hesitate for a second to make that happen for me. The cakes turned out way better than anticipated. Shelly was kind, funny, and had amazing customer service.

Always clean. They have the best Homemade Chicken Tenders. That's our goto for fast take out dinner.

This Dakota Co-op has the best meats and butcher in the city. The meat dept. is always accommodating and friendly. They ground up some fresh chuck burgers for us while we waited. Now that's service!

Co op is great. Although the prices can ba a little high, when you find a good deal its usually a REALLY good deal. A few weeks ago I bought a 4L tub of ice cream for less than 7 DOLLARS! And it was really good ice cream too!
The deli is also amazing. The chicken tenders are great, but the only problem is the amount of sauce you get for free. One little sauce packet for 6 strips isn't nearly enough lol. Fortunately you can get extra ones for 30 cents.
The majority of the staff are also really cool. I only started buying stuff there because I got a job there (lol) but it's actually pretty cool. After all, my partner was a frequent shopper there for years prior anyway. Highly recommend.

Always shop here for groceries. Prices can be higher than Superstore. But the quality is excellent. I watch the flyer and usually get good prices. This is also a Canadian grocery store just in Manitoba.

Fast checkout and lots of parking outside. Clean and less people.

Prices are just like any other grocery store.
They have their pros and cons. And you get a few dollars back at the end of the year.... because we are shareholders 👍👍

Honestly I don't know what Co-op does to thier deli staff before they start a shift, but it's becoming my favorite place to stop for lunch. The food is priced better than most places, and the staff is always so pleasant it's actually a bit unnerving hahah joke! It is unexpected though. Helpful, generous, delighted to help you. I love Co-op for lunch. Keep it up guys. I tell everyone how much I love the Co-op delis.

Co-op at this location has been my go to since the pandemic started. The store is large and never over crowded. I love that they carry local items. I usually use the self check out, but when I don't the staff are always friendly.

Nice big store. 2 mobility scooters that are fully charged and good to go. Nice and clean.

This is by far the best grocery store I have frequented in terms of customer service, along with quality of produce, meats and selection of other products. For example they were the only place I could find some special edition products such as mega stuff Oreos. The meats are top notch. It's close to as good as the butcher I support across the street. The frozen boxes of chicken breasts are excellent. Prizes are fair, sales are big time value. I used to prefer Safeway. Coop feels like a step up.

Co-op can be fast shopping as a quick in-and-out trip for lunch especially if using the self check out. Pleasant staff. Usually I can find what I'm looking for. Lingered at the yarn selection a little longer than time allowed. Wonderful colorways.

Store is clean and friendly, washrooms wheelchair accessible.

A bit more pricey than your average bargain grocery store. But THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET YOUR MEAT!!!! Unless you go to a butcher. I get brisket, ribs, and ground chuck beef here. They also have a super cool Aged meat box, temperature controlled. With the new renovations completed I suggest you check it out

The store was busy as is typical on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one person in line ahead of me. I started unloading my cart and another shopper came into the line. An employee directed her to a new lane that just opened.
