Canadian Tire - Winnipeg Regent, MB

Love this Canadian Tire, the owner loves dogs, I have two, my older Shepard and I have been coming here for years since we moved to the area. My 1 year old st Bernard cross actually jumped up and pushed a shoplifter backwards leaving out the entrance, thought it was strange untill the security guy appeared to stop him lol. Good for them having a dedicated security team.

They have done almost all the work on my Escape over the years. Front Suspension, All Brakes, oil changes, inspections, the old car is due for more suspension work now again after 10 years so have it planned this summer,

Recently I did work on my motorcycle, full new paint job, oil, filter and gear oil, all in stock at CT, next will be sparkplugs this fall.

We were visiting family from out of town and needed a few incidentals for our vehicle in which my brother was installing for me and this nice young man helped us 2 days in a row and this was such an awesome experience I wanted to notify Canadian tire on how pleased we were with this young man who helped us both days

A lot of items. Aisles were packed with very many unique products. I personally didn't see anything that I wanted to get as a gift. The store clearly needs more floor space. That being said, the place was very clean and organized.

Jenna was wonderful and is so patient. She helped me print a duplicate park permit in the store. It would have been easy if the parks department's website was set up efficiently as to allow vendors to print such permits. Jenna kept her cool as I was losing mine!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Canadian Tire Regent’s automotive service. The Manager, Garry, and Service Advisor, Abie, went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle received top-notch care. Their expertise and customer service made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism and excellent service.

Came in for a car inspection pending sale. Had an appointment . They were ready and did the inspection quickly. Took about 45/50 minutes.

Get all your Canadian automotive, sports, camping needs. They even have a really good bday card\novelty section for fancy candles and fun cake accessories.

Paul blart is my favourite employee ever. His tactical gear is so cool but don’t think he needs it. I would like to salute him for his service xoxoxo. Praise big chonk :)

Super Impressed with the new “ Party City “ section In the store. Cheaper then Party Stuff across the street and no need to wait or have to place orders ahead of time for Balloon fills.

The Management and ownership of this store are very good and this is my favourite Canadian Tire location.

Would like to see more of an Indoor Plant sections similar to Home Depot as well as more variety for outdoor plants.

I like this store. Here you can always buy the right things at a good price. It's also nice to get rewards for shopping ;)

Kindness Goes a Long Way! Kudos to JACK of Canadian Tire Regent

Now that's what you call pure, genuine, quality customer service. I was at Canadian Tire this morning to get this purple elephant pool/ splash pad.

This is perfect for my 15 month old baby and 5-yr old one who both love to stay have fun at our backyard. As soon as I saw this on July 30, I knewI had to come back for it. So I did, today, July 31, 2022.

The problem was - - it's too big for my compact SUV! I probably had 10,000 steps in Canadian Tire today trying to figure out what to do to make it happen. It was just impossible.

Jack was just the kindest.As I said, I was going back and forth trying to figure out. At first a Lady in black uniform must have asked him to help me. So he did. We went out to the park, helped me figure it out and we both agreed it was not going to work.

I left the Canadian Tire parking lot, giving up.

I knew i had no way of getting the elephant pool so I had to find a way. I decided to get a line and went back to Canadian Tire. I needed this for my kids!! lol.

As I was decisively picking up my one pool, I saw Jack there at the sports isle.He wasn't assigned there. I didn't ask for his help. I didn't suggest he help me again. I picked up this pool,drag it to the cashier to pay for it. I wasn't even finished paying the lovely cashier and he was already there in front of me, standing by the customer service, waiting for me. He helped me secure it on top of my small suv so i can bring it home. i needed to bring it home. he patiently worked with me on this. Thank you isnt enough Jack. Thank you for helping me come up with a solution today.

I left a review 6 years ago, 5 stars. My only complaint was the apathy of their floor employees. I am happy to update my review today to 5 stars. I was looking for a particular furnace air filter, without prompting the person on the floor immediately helped me, finding and getting the right filter off the top rack with a ladder.... All without being asked for help. The best CT experience I've ever had. Please keep this up.

I was looking for a bike for my grandson and there was one on sale half price normally like $389 I got it for $186 they're building it right now. But the associate that helped me did everything you could to try and find the bike and see if they were in the back I was quite pleased and impressed with his attitude in pleasing a customer. I've always enjoyed shopping at Canadian Tire they're associates know how to treat people as real customers and I'd advise if you need something definitely check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience with this location. I was in a bit of a bind as I had a flat. I live a little out of the city and needed it done quickly as I could not go on the highway with a spare on as it is very icy. They were very understanding and got me in quickly considering I was a walk in.

I was helped by Charlotte during my visit, she was very helpful and went above and beyond for me. She took her time making sure I was well informed about the product. This isn't the nearest Canadian Tire to me but I will continue to go here as their selection is great and the staff are very friendly.
