Blossom Shop - Windsor

Absolutely great place. I'm from out of town and had to call 3 times over 2 days because of changes I needed to the order. Carolyn was really patient and super helpful. The arrangement they put together for our daughter was amazing. I seriously will use the Blossom Shop again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for such a great job. Scott, Stirling Ontario

I called this florist to get a dozen roses delivered. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and said she didn't have a dozen red roses. She suggested an arrangement of different colors. The flowers were delivered the same day. I received great accolades. Very good I was told. Better than all red. I would highly recommend this florist.

Go some other place for your florals. Placed an order for a corsage and boutonnière set approximately 2 weeks before event. Simple White Rose corsage and boutonnière. When we received the flowers the morning of, they were brown and wilting at the ends. They also didn’t look or feel like they had been refrigerated. The roses turned brown and began to fall off in a few hours even with all the proper care. A friend of mine ordered the same exact thing, hers was perfectly fine all night. Inconsistent = Unfair.

My sister ordered these flowers for my parents anniversary. They came with petals missing and in rough shape. She paid 90 dollars. Don't order from this company 😒

So unsatisfied with the results that I received from this florist. I placed an order well in advance with an agreed time for the order to be picked-up. Less than 20 minutes before I was to pick-up my order, at 10am, I was called and told that they did not have the color we agreed upon. NO problem...though it would have been nice to know the day before because I could have changed my color theme or even gotten the correct color for them. Anyway, we decided on a new color that they did have available. This was while I was dirving in to get the order at 10am. Next I am told rudely that the order will not be ready on time. Really! Okay, how about 10:10am...we agree I could pck-up my order at 10:10am. Well, at 10:25am my order was still not ready.
At this point, I am getting very upset; I will have guest arriving in 15 minutes and I am waiting on an order that is not even what I really want, but okay. She final gets the balloons together. They look fine, but they deflated four hours later after I had requested to have stuff put in them that prolongs the balloons life for a two to three days. Which I was told that they would. Was I offered a discount or anything to make me think better of this company--Nope. I was given a bunch of lame excuses. I will not return to any Blossom Shops. and there is no need because there is a very friendly florist a block away and she will be getting all of my business.
