Blainville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I recently had an exceptional experience at Blainville Chrysler Jeep just before Christmas when I test drove and took delivery of my Jeep Grand Cherokee L (pre-owned) on the same day. Kevin G was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. We started with a test drive in the morning, and he even accompanied me to see if the vehicle would fit in my home garage - and it did! Afterwards we sat down to discuss (no pressure) and finalized the deal. Kevin introduced me to Guillaume in finance who was knowledgeable and efficient - he even scheduled the delivery for the end of the day! Karinne was very kind with facilitating the paperwork signing and delivery.

At home that same night I noticed an issue that was overlooked in the inspection and I texted Kevin right away and he responded. Without hesitation, Kevin and his manager immediately arranged a service appointment to resolve the issue.

Yesterday was my service appointment, and Sylvain / Natasha went above and beyond expectations. Overall, I'm impressed and highly recommend and will continue my maintenance services at this dealership.

I leased my first vehicle with them years ago, and it was a good experience. I made the mistake of going with another (terrible) dealer for my second lease, and coming back to them for my third is a breath of fresh air. Exceptional team!

A few days ago, I called to have my first service on my new Fiat and spoke with Mylène in the service area, who got me an appointment the very same day at my convenience! Once I got there, she greeted me with a smile and was fast an efficient with what needed to be done! I certainly will go back, as I did before with my other Fiat if only for the service there which I prefer than where I purchased my car!

Today, I brought in my Fiat. The window on the passenger side does'nt work. Mylène had the car checked, ordered the part and gave me an appointment to fix the problem at my convenience. Very much appreciated. Very good service. Thank you.

January 14th, 2022 I traded in my 2020 Ram 1500 Sport for a 2017 Ram 2500 HD Diesel from Blainville Chrysler. I needed a bigger truck. The trade and purchase process was good and I enjoyed dealing with Maxime. Being from Ontario, I would also need an Ontario safety to have it registered in Ontario.  I was assured by Blainville Chrysler that if there were any issues with safety in Ontario to let them know.

January 17th, 2022 the Ontario safety was completed and there were a couple issues but nothing major. The Ontario inspection location fixed the issue with a wheel lug/bolt, reset some errors and only charged me just under $180 for that work. I immediately advised Maxime at Blainville Chrysler and he put me in touch with Pascal who was supposed to look after it. Pascal was not of assistance and the experience with him was disappointing but when Maxime learned of this he immediately stepped up, settled my issue and was an absolute class act to deal with. Blaineville Chrysler also dealt with a minor issue covered by warranty with no hesitation.

Thank you Maxime for making my overall experience a great one and I love the truck you got me into and it's serving its purpose!
