By far the best and most professional contractor i have ever dealt with in my life! It all starts with the one and only Jonathan Savard, who sold us a dream in-ground Prestige pool and made sure that the dream came true!
We signed the contract in September, with an install date in April. Not only the team came early! They finished the whole construction including the Pavee in less than 3 weeks!! We were always informed of the steps ahead. It was a flawless job, from excavation to pavee install. Its too good to be true, but it is true.
Jonathan’s job does not end when he sells the pool, it actually never ends! He is always on call, always answers anytime! Moreover, The Paver was done by a professional who works with Trevi by the name of Jose, who was able to add the cherry on top of the cake with the beautiful landscaping he did, super precise and beautifully done!
Thank you Trevi, Jonathan and Jose for making our dream come true!

After the experience from a competitor, we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful welcome we received by all the employees as soon as we walked in. We felt welcomed in by our sales lady Nicole Roger. She made the experience a pleasant one without pushing us to buy anything. She took the time to answer our questions and we purchased our first visit because of the way we were treated.

I had purchased a pool and the original salesman was very impolite .
I got reassigned to another salesman Sebastian Daoust from the Blainville store who took over my file ,I can really say that he took care of all my questions ,I called him many many times to help me with numerous issues questions and he was always polite ,he even came to the store after a knee surgery to help with an in store return of an item .this guy makes the purchase contract of a pool with Trevi so smooth he is definitely worth going through him and will make your purchase experience an enjoyable one ,it’s hard to find competent informed and professional patient salesmen ,he is one of them !

Amazing service, dealt with Mona for a purchase of a spa. She understood that its a big investment and considering its covid season and i havent seen the spa, she applied no used car salesmen pressure. Very knowledgeable about the products. I recently made a purchase of a sauna and I have to say I have had a great service from the staff at Trevi Blainville. They are all helpful and take the time to listen to what your needs are and they propose different solutions. I would like to have a mention 2 in particular.Katrin in sales who made the whole purchase of the Spa go very smoothly. Alexandre who gave the 1 hour course after purchasing and also very helpful when it comes to managing the Spa and any questions or issues which come up after the sale. I also had a good experience with the delivery...I can't remember their names and also The girl which came after the delivery to install my cover support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fantastic staff for before and after your purchse! :)

Went to Trevi Blainville today to purchase a SPA; wow, awesome service by Mona and the manager Junior. It was not my first purchase at that store and certainly not my last. She answered every questions and fulfilled all my needs for a great backyard. I would recommend this store and this sales rep to everyone.

I went to their store on Saturday morning and I had great services. I knew what I wanted and they had it and the service was great. They actually delivered on the spot (no 4 hours window...) and I actually got how from the store and their delivery truck arrived 5 minutes later. Much appreciated!

Pool installed last year . Support was amazing in English and French . Supplies wonderful , also good for spa supplies . Store staff always helpful .
