Went in to get a USB cable for my digital camera as I had forgotten mine before visiting Canada. The store appears to be very new, is clean and easy to find items. The lady I spoke with for assistance managed to help me find the appropriate data cable quickly and let me purchase it at the photo counter. Top notch service!

Every interaction in the stores been pleasant. 10 stars for Long in the tech department. Very pleasant, patient and helpful. We need more people like him in retail!

I was here to purchase skin care related products and on my way out I was greeted by a lovely smile and plenty of kindness by specifically one ginger-haired employee. She was simply being kind like everyone should but she improved my day quite a bit. Thank you (:

We visited Sevenoaks London Drugs for passport Pictures. Chelsea helped and did an incredible job! Wow, such an amazing person with friendly attitude and very caring. Really helpful nice guy named Sean working today who brought my order to me from online and the pharmacist too was working here on call two months ago when I had covid and needed some advice was incredible. Always a great experience with staff who are friendly and go above and beyond despite being extremely busy. Very appreciated keep up the good work you guys.

Buy your electronics here if you can. Other stores will "price match", woop tee doo! These guys will often times take a fair offer. Great staff.

I was at photolab yesterday and got help, very great customer service by "Manraj" (hope I wrote his name correct)!! As a newcomer from Europ and not knowing a lot how to order a photo print, when I asked another man (maybe chinese) who wasn't helpful and not eager to give information when I asked him and he said I don't know! Manraj, himself, came to me and asked me if I needed any help, he very eagerly and respectfully with much patience helped me, gave me information, choices and more PERFECTLY!! This is what we call the difference between "good bad customer service " and "Great customer service "!! Manraj deserve HIGHER position!! He really is a key in handling the company's customers in a way you want again come back to London Drugs!! He deserves MOR!! He is the BEST employee you need!! Thus is said by a previous manager, so take my saying very serios if you like to improve your company:)

Highly recommend their photo printing services. I've done books, enlarged wall prints to frame, canvases and small prints and they are all flawless. The turn around time is quick and quality is amazing. Photo albums are good quality that last even when looked at often! The team is always super helpful and will talk you through any questions or difficulties you have. Will always have my photo printing business!

He knew a lot about the subject and was really helpful in guiding me towards the gear that I ended up buying. I am very happy with my camera that was recommended to me.
