I began as an emergency patient a couple years ago and made many visits to correct issues, I have been going on a regular basis since. I have always had great care taken at each and every visit. I was always greeted and treated well by the office ladies! I also had a consultation with an oral surgeon in Ottawa, who commented on the excellent work that had been done by Dr. Thaci.

Our family has been seeing this dentist for years. We have always had excellent care. There have been a few dental emergencies over the years and he's been fantastic to see us quickly. Always friendly service.

I reached out to Dr. Thaci’s office to help a client who was struggling with anxiety and needed a significant amount of dental work. We worked together on a plan that would work for the client, taking on the priority work first, and ensuring that we were making the most of the benefit coverage that was available. Dr. Thaci was efficient, compassionate, and super helpful in addressing a wide range of dental issues, all the while keeping the clients’ needs / fears / anxieties in mind. His office staff was also very understanding if we had to reschedule on bad days, and was super accommodating in finding times that worked for us. Will be forever grateful for Dr. Thaci helping us get back on track with the clients’ dental health after years of hardship and neglect. Thanks!

Our family has been going to see Dr. Thaci for about 10yrs now and have no complaints. His hours of operation are way better then most dentists and he's good at what he does! He's also always been fabulous with our kids from their first visit. I recommend him anytime sometime asks.

Excellent dental care!!!! For someone that has always dreaded going to the dentist and feared hours of drilling and other dental work, It’s great to always know that now, no matter what work I need doing, it will be quick and as painless as possible.
Having gone through a very stressful period in my life, I had done a lot of damage to my teeth with grinding and neglect. I’ve needed several crowns, ancient filling replacements and even an extraction. I’m happy to say that I’m finally getting my teeth back to peak health, thanks to Dr. Thaci. I have really appreciated the quick appointments as I never dreaded going for them.
Dr. Thaci is the perfect dentist for someone like me. I never fear going to the dentist now! I look forward to my future appointments to maintain my teeth. Thank you Dr. Thaci!
Ps. I found Dr. Thaci through my sister. She needed emergency dental work and she could not find a dentist anywhere within an hour drive or less to take her, except Dr. Thaci. He was able to quickly address the issue. As a result, both my sister and her husband started going to Dr. Thaci and encouraged me to go and restart my dental care. I’m glad I did. I don’t mind driving an hour one way to see Dr. Thaci. I really appreciate having found an excellent dentist!

So far, so GOOD. I was expecting him to have no bed side manners, dislike women and butcher my teeth!?!? I can handle zero bed side matters but that is not the case at all. This dentist smiles, he is nice, friendly, answers any questions i have. He definitely has bed side manners. I do NOT get the vibe that he does not like women!! I havent had my teeth cleaned professionally since i was child. Thaci cleaned my teeth up perfectly, no butchering was done. He filled all my cavities on the top, right, side today. I am certainly not butchered. I didnt tell Thaci i was afraid of dental work and you know what, i am not so afraid anymore!

I have finally started smiling proudly and not with fear of what my teeth looked like.
I had become extremly afraid of dentists. sadly i let my teeth become very bad in condition. The pain and the shame all gone I sleep better and those annoying headaches are gone!! I was reccomended by my neighbour. I called and so pleased I did.Friendly safe CLEAN and a healthy 1¹relaxing enviroment.

I am riddled with anxiety especially when visiting dentists however he was the most soft spoken and gentle dentist i ever seen !!! Definitely recommend!!!!
