MAC Cosmetics

Went in today for my summer shade purchase of studiofix foundation. I was served by Vincent L who gave me genuine makeup advice, all while making me feel at ease and comfortable. In my over 15 years of purchasing MAC products, Vincent’s honesty and expertise has definitely gone beyond his standard work-related tasks as he offered an “hors-pair” service!

Everytime I come here from Ottawa I am helped by the amazing artist, I forget his name but he is Asian and gay and proud and I LOVE IT! I worked for MAC in ottawa for about 4 years and seeing the same hyped energy and amazing customer service still be offered is the best feeling. I came by to grab the double shot lipstick, and ended up also getting one of the new glow play blushes, I love coming to this MAC store!! Thank you guys for always being so amazing and accommodating. 🩷 #alwaysamacgirl

Went in today to change up the lipstick from Dior I've been using for almost 20 years, since I'd heard good things about MAC.

Had the best customer service and interaction from Sean. He was patient, super knowledgeable, gave me his expert opinion and helped me make the best choice. Highly recommend.

My visit today at the 770 Saint-Catherine St. W. location was a wonderful experience as Sean, the assistant manager, reaffirmed why I love MAC and their lipsticks in particular. I had a few questions about the latest matte collection - M.A.Cximal Silky Matte - and they were answered with patience and detail that made choosing seamless. The service at this store is impeccable, not only this time, but all the times I've been there in the past. I'll be back - and so should you!

The first MAC where the personal is not pushy . The lady was so helpful finding the right color. She desinfected many lipsticks and lipliners for me, so it was save to try. She even mentioned that, if I wouldn’t find the right color she wouldn’t be mad about me. I took the new Aladdin lipstick „Whole New World“ and Lipliner „Beet“

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Spent so much time helping me, making recommendations and trying out products with me. Even gave me a sample to help the glitter I was buying stay in place! I stopped in to check out what was new and walked out with a bag of wonderful products ☺

Honestly my go to when I need my makeup done. Staff is helpful, nice and they can recreate my artistic ideas wonderfully! I also love how their products does not irritate or break out my combo-sensitive skin!

I visited this location to buy a new lipstick. The gentleman at the counter was not only knowledgeable but had good interpersonal skills. As I tried on the lipsticks, I enjoyed the lively conversation he exchanged with my friend. I bought 2 lipsticks in the perfect color.

Came into the store with my daughter earlier this week and we were greeted and helped by Zina. She was super patient and attentive to our needs, she even took the time to sit both of us and try the products on us before making we can make any decision on whether or not we were going to purchase any of the products suggested to us by her.
The staff at this location is lovely and seem like they love what they’re doing. Excellent service, great products, beautiful location

I *hate* going into make-up stores but I really wanted to buy a product and I'm so glad I walked into this one. I wish I'd gotten her name, but the employee who just moved here from NY was so awesome!! Thanks for making me feel so comfy!

First time buying from Mac and very good experience, I went there during Covid and they had awsome way of handling covid rules and offering service to their customers. They gave very good advise on how and what to put on for make up. I can not do eyeliner I just give up but they gave me a very nice eyeliner with tape to apply (because of covid they wont try it on your face) which I found it fun to do , I can try until I learn! When I went to pay they ask for my day of birth for promotions and realized it was my bday 4 days ago but nevertheless they gave me birthday gift it was a very nice gift.

I had to deal with Heidi, she was so helpful and most important she knows all the products for black skin. That's impressive for a pale white girl. She really was able to find me the best products for my skin tone and I looked fly AF.

This is my favourite mac store to go to. Everyone is down to earth and approachable. No matter how busy it may be, I am always greeted and told that I will be taken care of. I've never had a negative experience here. I'm a little picky but am always met with patience and even some helpful suggestions. I in no way feel rushed or pressured to buy stuff I don't want. I will go out of my way to make sure this is the MAC i go to!!!

First time at MAC's cosmetics. Had an excellent experience. I came to find foundation to cover my adult acne. The makeup artist was very talented. The product blended perfectly, and were a bit less expensive than I had expected.
