The ladies at Service Ontario on Woodlawn at Silvercreek are absolutely amazing. Roberta and the staff there were all very helpful and very friendly. That were all busy all the time but found the time to be efficient and helpful. Thank you ladies!

Very friendly staff there. I am going to switch my health card & car license plate from outside province to Ontario, a beautiful lady with glasses helps me with that, a smile is always on her face, only several minutes everything is done. Thanks to her, today is a wonderful day for me.

All the good reviews here seem to be true. Service was quick and people were pleasant. I was there for an hour to get a new health card and I had all the documents ready so it only took 5 minutes or so once my number was called.

I may have gone at a magical time but I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff woman was kind, thorough, and accurate. Good place.

The last two/three times I have been there, all the staff that I have dealt with were exceptional. I was mostly impressed at the speed in which they expedited everybody's processing. You'll be surprised at how fast your particular needs will be done..

I went at quarter after 4 on a Monday afternoon to renew my health card. I was in and out in 6 minutes. The service was fast and polite. A very good experience, although this location is a little tricky to navigate to and from on public transit in the winter. If you have mobility issues I would try and arrange a car ride!

The service was very good and also real quick. I went for OHIP and they processed the whole thing within few minutes. Good service

It is the best place to go to get the right information. The girls are very friendly, very helpful and always welcome you with a big smile. I deal with them over 20 years and never had any issues there I went to Kitchener office once only and left very unhappy. They couldn't even explain how should I deal with my problem and the stuff there was rude. Went back to Guelph Office, my problem was solved in less than 5 minutes, left the office again very happy. Thank you Guelph Office for hard work and an amazing people working there.

I took my elderly mother there yesterday to get her health card updated. There was a wait however the employee who handled the paper work for us was incredibly nice and patient. She was so amazing. Thank you

I have been here twice, and both times I had extremely friendly service from both ladies. Depending on when you get there, sometimes there might be a wait. But they are pretty efficient, and good at explaining everything to you. Highly recommend this location.

Very efficient service at this location. The agent I was dealing with was very knowledgeable and listened to my problem patiently. She was a solution centric person and resolved my issue quickly. Overall I found this location to be very friendly and efficient in terms of customer service.

I attended this ServiceOntario location to change ownership of a vehicle and order a custom license plate. The service was friendly with staff being efficient and knowledgeable. Note that to change vehicle ownership as a gift between family members, there is a $25 for that specific service, in addition to the ownership change. This ServiceOntario location takes cash only for that specific $25 fee.

I had gone to this location for the first time, and the wait time was next to none. The staff are helpful, and friendly. It seem's to be more quiet compared to the Stone Road location. But due to Covid, that might not be the case at the moment.

When deciding which Service Ontario location to go to I originally chose this one for parking and accessibility. When I went in it was wall to wall and I was sure I'd be there for ages. I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently their friendly staff moved the masses through. Good job you guys!
