I definitely recommend this dealer. Dealt with other Ford locations and this is the first one I have been to that offers great service after sale. The service department when doing maintenance is extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. I never felt rushed nor pushed to purchase and the salesman I dealt with were very attentive to my needs and requests. Purchased a Ford Ranger and have not regretted it one bit. I actually go out of my way for maintenance but in order to get the service from Morand Ford.

Morand Ford is the place to go for hassle free purchases, great and friendly staff and a fantastic service department.
My sales person was J.J, ask for him and you won't be disappointed! He has been by far the best sales person I've dealt with over the past 20 years of buying cars!

I’m on my 3rd vehicle from this dealer within 5 years, I believe but not because my previous vehicles weren’t good, I just get bored and always wanted to upgrade. Meaning that my salesman, Vince was great at offering me what I wanted. I’m always satisfied with the entire services available at Morand Ford.

Bought my new Fusion at Morand Ford. Excellent experience with salesman Jean-Jeaque. He was super nice and helpful. I like their office culture, everyone was nice and relaxed, no pressure put on you to buy a car. They also gave me a great deal on my trade in and very appealing price for the new car. Bought my new F150 on January 16 from Morand Ford. Best car buying experience of my life with Eric (salesman). These people are for real. They where very generous with the extras on my truck, and gave me the best deal on my trade in, and final purchase price. Got my truck serviced there also for new winter tires. Got great service from Keith and very competitive prices. I will always go back to Morand Ford. They do what they say.

Hands down best dealership, Charles was my salesman and did whatever he could to get me what i wanted. Melanie also dealt with me and she is great too. when picking up my truck not one spec of dust was found. Morand Ford is by far the best.

I am very pleased with the service staff. I make a point of having all my service and warranty work done here despite the fact that there is another Ford dealership just minutes from my home.

Great service and follow ups. Bought a 2017 Fusion SE in september and the rep Charles-Olivier Roux and his manager did everything in their power to get me the vehicle I wanted and at a better prix than 3 other dealerships I looked at.

M. Bosquet the best technical rep that any dealership could ask for.
Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Knows his Ford products.
Have a ford dealership 3 minutes from the house, but prefer to travel 30 km. to Morand Ford for service.
