Nous avons dû annuler notre voyage à la dernière minute. Situation très stressante. Nancy s'est occupé d'effectuer les transactions dannulation d'une main de maître malgré le très court délai tout en nous rassurant. Le lendemain tout était réglé et le remboursement reçu !

Nous sommes également très bien conseillé par notre agente en or, Manon Tremblay.
