Never use this agency, they are extremely rude when asking questions especially Lisa and owner Danielle. We needed to cancel for emergency and gave enough notice and she refused cancelation on top of it hung up on me.

I will never use this travel agent again, not professional at all, unorganized and rude when asking questions. Trip poorly organized and over priced.
