Impeccable service from Lakeshore Roofing. Nick came to give me a quote, which i accepted as the price was very fair. They were at my house 3 days later to begin the work! It took two half days (as it was too hot in the afternoon to continue).
Everything was done smoothly and left my property as clean as before they came. Super satisfied with the service from Nick and Lakeshore roofing. 10/10 recommend

Sal took the time to explain the products and the work that needed to be completed. This gave me reassurance that I was getting what I wanted and at good value. The entire staff is courteous. The installation was very efficient. The team took care of the property, ensuring that the cleanup was like they were never there. I found the whole experience, from the quote to the installation, to be very professional.

Our roof was completed yesterday and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Right from the start I knew I had picked the right roofer. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and of all the companies I called to quote, he was the only one to actually go up on the roof to inspect it before quoting. This week my parents had their roof redone by Lakeshore Roofing and were completely satisfied. In the fall we had called looking for a quote. Sal promptly contacted us and gave us an estimate. The called last week to say that they would come on Monday and arrived when they said they would. They took great attention to keeping the surrounding area clean and safe and did a great job on the roof. Sal also came and followed up on the work. A very nice bunch of people. We highly recommend them.

Great crew with everybody knowing what had to be done. Early start with time for breaks and lunch. Clean up was done each day. Everything was put back in its place. Nick and his team should be proud of their work, we are. Highly recommend!!!!!!

I recently had my old BP shingles replaced with IKO shingles by Lakeshore Roofing. The Team was very professional and efficient in their work. They took great care in removing the old shingles and installing the new ones, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. The cleanup was also very thorough, leaving no debris behind. Amazing service and impeccable work! Sal and his team arrived early and were on the roof in no time, the job was completed in a single day and the area all around the house was left in pristine condition once the job was completed. They even removed the old satellite dish and reinstalled our heated wire. Highly recommend!

We have our roof done last week. We are pleased to have their service from start to finish. The quote provided from Nick was clear. He took the time to inspect, to point out the issues and explained the process (unlike the previous quotes where they only get our address and check the satellite images). Our situation was complicated as we needed to open it up for insulation so coordination was necessary (thanks to Terry). Plus an emergency came up, the chimney bricks were out of shapes so they are quick to provide solution to sustain the winter so I have time to schedule the repair in spring. The installation crew was great. They arrived early to set up quietly and start on time. They are amazing for the clean-up, no mess at all! They are professional, efficient, responsive and strongly recommended.

He always pays attention to listen and discuss the problem or issue, and is ready to offer helpful solution. It's really professional customer service. Last year I shared how impressed I was with them installing my roof. Now I want to rave about their client service. I had water infiltration at my entrance ceiling. Assuming it was coming from the roof I texted Sal. Five min later I got a call from him. A crew of 5 people was here the morning after. They got into the attic and they found out that the water was coming from the aluminum siding around the roof. The crew worked for 3 hours repairing a damage that had nothing to do with their job. I have heard horror stories with fly by night roofing companies. That’s not the case with Lakeshore Roofing. If you want a professional service, followed by excellent client service, give them a call.
