Excellent First Visit with Dr. Chatila!

My first visit with Dr. Chatila today was excellent! Dr. Chatila impressed me with her professionalism and focus during my appointment. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything throughout the process, which put me at ease and made me feel well-informed. Her clear explanations were particularly helpful because ,I had some questions about the procedure beforehand .

The positive experience continued beyond Dr. Chatila. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and kind, She even helped me find the necessary paperwork or answered a question I had about my insurance. This friendly welcome from the start made the entire visit even more enjoyable.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results of my visit and would highly recommend Dr. Chatila to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I was going to the same clinic since ever. My dad used to go to the same place for decades and before I was born (I am 45 now…). Down the road, the place has been sold and the new dentist who took over had the same mentality as the first owner. They made a very smooth transition and the service was still the same.
Few years after, I found out that the place has been sold to a corporation since the dentist (owner) did not appreciate the managing side of the business as much as performing dentist acts.
During the transition period, he was not happy on how the corporation was managing the business (client and employees) he decided to leave and move to Sherbrooke. Sadly, that it is too far from where I live… I had to find a new clinic…

I gave a chance to Dr. Hana Chatila Teams and I do not regret, I feel like home. The customer service is A1, I would recommend that place to everyone.

I've been going to Dr. Chatila for 2 years and have gotten nothing but great service! Previous dentists weren't all that trustworthy but Dr. Chatila is honest and transparent about dental treatments. Above all, I commend the clinic for being proactive and taking care of my teeth. I'll be a customer for life!

Employees are amazing!! Dentists and dental hygienists explain everything to you, very knowledgeable. They do just about every procedures in this facility. 🙌

I brought my daughters 2 and 3 years old for their first visit. Wow! What an incredible experience. The hygienist was so patient and kind. She really made the experience memorable and safe for my girls. They were so excited afterward and asked to go back to the dentist. So impressed. Highly recommend! Only suggestion is to have a little kids corner while waiting, it would go a long way!

Dr Hana Chatila is a wonderful dentist, very professional and caring. My husband and I have been her patients for many years and I’ve referred friends and family over the years! I highly recommend her clinic and staff.

First off, my overall experience at this clinic has been great. One of my kids is very nervous, and had to have a filling. Dr. Lopez did an excellent job, was very calming, and made it the best possible experience for them. Also shoutout to Han-- my kids actually look forward to a cleaning because of her!
