I've only just discovered this place - but what a find...

the apricot and blueberry tarts I ordered were phenomenal.

the tandoori chicken i took a chance at ordering off the "precooked counter" was wonderful - and I know tandoori, having tasted the best in India, the gulf, UK, Toronto, all things Indian let's just say :)

and the service, was outstanding enough for me to take the time out of my schedule to say - thank you! in a world where I find great customer service a rare commodity, I am super grateful for when I am graced with it.

My HUGE request - take a risk and add some gluten-free fresh pie options .. there are enough of us in the buyer market where you will happily sell off your baked inventory

Love their croissants with chocolate mousse fillings! The Xmas bûches are very yummy. Reasonable price and very friendly staff and service. Super cute decorations; love the giant nutcrackers outside! One of our must visits at Pointe-Claire plaza!

I have so many happy memories of this place. It really is a gem. Eating their lunch food always brings me comfort and their dessert is a good go to for events.

This place has been around for decades and has consistently maintained excellent quality pastry, cakes and everything else that's edible. Even the packaged commercial foodstuffs are delicious! The staff are highly professional and courteous. I only wish they can get an espresso coffee maker and serve espresso LOL!

Always stop here when I'm in Montreal. Fresh and delicious sandwiches and pastries. Great service. Charming location

I have been enjoying Swiss Vienna buttercream birthday cakes my whole life. This place is the absolute best. No other buttercream birthday cake can compare. Please don’t ever close. And keep Chef Pascal, because apparently he makes the cake the way it should be.

I'm 50 years old and spent lots of time here as a kid. My mother and grandparents got most of their groceries here. (They came to Canada from Germany in 1953) I now get to come here for my rye bread, liverwurst and/or teawurst every week. Great staff, and great products! Love it.

This is my favourite place for baked goods in the west island. I always come for a few loaves of bread and some desserts. The people are super nice and always helpful. I tried the sandwiches the other day, they were great and reasonably priced!

Bought a Strawberry short cake. It was delicious and very fresh. Will go back again!!!

The best european pastry shop that I know of. Been a patron since my parents started buying treats and essential breads, deli meats and cheeses in the late1960s. Having moved out of province I still drop by when I can for a treat of fresh pastry and coffee, or to pick up a freshly made sandwich. Always fresh and delicious! Highly recommended!

Bread is fantastic, especially pain français and the pumpernickel. If you are European, you'll know what I mean. Sandwiches are delicious too.

One my favourite pastry and delicatessen shops. I've enjoyed their wares for over thirty years. The breads, meats and cheeses are delicious. The desserts are scrumptious and fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful European deli.

I love this place and trying all their pastries. The beef patties are my favourite, as well as their samosas. I haven't had anything I didn't like yet. I also appreciate that they stock some of the harder to find Rittersport chocolate favors here. Have not seen some of the seasonal flavors sold anywhere else. Highly recommend for snacks and desserts!

i just read your article in the Montreal Gazette. it is such a shame what the Province of Quebec is doing again. it has been the past 3-4 years this was coming. I have the greatest suggestion for you do what we did. Leave that separatist anti English province. we did it and love it. We live near Kitchener / Stratford and it's not only beautiful but welcoming and relaxing to live and do business here. you would fit in to either city big time. I'm being very honest it was tough to leave the place i love and lived in all my life but you would be amazed the amount of Montreal people who live here. Where we bought believe it or not there is 4 families close by from Mtl region. We miss you shop. i

Love this place!!! Baking goods are always fresh and so much to choose from. Sandwiches home made fresh daily and all kinds of meats, home made pies..... European candies.... European flavors..... you will definitely find something great to eat on site and lots to bring home with you!!!!

One of the few European bakeries in Montreal. Have been coming here for years. They have a great section of imported sweets and goodies, particularly fun during Christmas time

Great place with very friendly and helpful staff, seemingly everything is delicious, and the pricing is great! Place has been around for so long, such a nice family run place. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for pastries in the Montreal area.

I came in looking for a chocolate strawberry birthday cake. While they didn't have anything exactly like that, the strawberry shortcakes they had on display looked amazing. When I asked if there was anything chocolate and strawberry the woman working said no, but what I can do is a chocolate drizzle on the shortcake. Delicious idea!! I so appreciated the service, and the cake was amazing!

Swiss Vienna pastry is one of the best places around. Friendly faces, and amazing service.Their pies are delicious, their cookies are scrumptious, and they make the most amazing sourdough, that I get fresh every week; but you'll have to be quick, like me, cause that sourdough can get sold out fast.

The best secret in town here is that you can buy fresh yeast--for a great price--and use it to make gourmet cakes, pastries and beverages at home; fresh yeast is really hard to find. Buy some and check online for recipes (fresh yeast gives food a lovely floral taste--totally worth it if you are a foodie).
This place has a fairly wide selection of Western European food products and a delectable selection of cakes and pastries. Sandwiches and fast lunches available in the front. You can get service in French, English and German.
