My daughter and I had a great experience at the West Island Family Dental clinic. The staff; including the receptionists, dental hygienist and dentist were all very kind and understanding. My treatment options were well explained and I felt my unique (just lost my insurance) situation was considered. I was very happy with the treatment and care we received. 5 stars.

I come here for my yearly checkup and it’s such a nice clinic! The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Parsa is very detail orientated and precise with her work. I am usually very nervous when it comes to needles, but I did not feel a single pinch when she inserted the numbing needle and filled up my cavity.

Amazing dental clinic! Dr. Parsa is super sweet and knowledgable. The dental hygienist I had was also very good and explained everything she was doing and why. I'm not a fan of dentists and hadn't found one that I felt comfortable with yet until I had my first appointment here. I highly recommend.

Best dental clinic! I've been coming to this clinic with my family for the past 4 years, and I've always thought this is a great place! The most recent experience was when I brought my sister who hadn't been to a dentist in many years. She was pretty anxious and stressed. Dr. Parsa and the whole team were very supportive and understanding. They gave my sister the best treatment and made her feel calm and confident with all the procedures. It was a wonderful experience for me at West Island Family Dental. I always dread doing to dentists but here I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the lovely receptionists, up until the end of my visit. I will not go anywhere else for my dental needs!!!! And a shout out to Dr Parsa who was by far the best and most caring dentist I have ever been to and Sarah who cleaned my teeth to perfection. We went to WEST ISLAND FAMILY DENTAL CLINIC for my daughter’s tooth ache and from the receptionist to the dentist everyone was very nice and helpful the dentist took her time to explained very well that what is best for our daughter. I recommend to see her if you have any dental issues if she cannot do anything for you but she will definitely guide you in the best way.

Such an amazing first visit. As soon as you walk in the receptionist welcomes you with a smile, she is super friendly and patient. My son’s first dental appointment with his previous dentist didn’t go so well so he was a bit hesitant this time around. Our dental hygienist was very understanding and did an amazing job making him feel super comfortable and at really took the time to listen to what he wanted while still getting her job done. She was very patient, she is such an amazing human being with great energy. Our dentist was also very nice she greeted me and my son with a smile and her to had such an amazing vibe. She gave me great advice for what the next step we should do for my son. I’m so glad I found this place. I highly recommend especially for children who are hesitant with dentist visits or for first timers they will definitely have a positive experience there.

Easily the BEST dental clinic I’ve ever been to. The nicest staff, and the dentist who treated me was very gentle and kind. I came as an emergency and they saw me right away, and even called to check in the next day. I recommend this place 100%. They are amazing!
