All of my family's services is with this company. Whenever we have a concern, we always go to this store front, because the people there are really nice. Even when the store is busy and all of the representatives are taken, you feel like you're being taken care of, because they acknowledge you and they really do their best to fulfill the customer's needs without trying to sell a product to you that you don't need. (Sometimes, when you have a quick question, they can often answer it while serving someone else. VERY EFFICIENT). I spoke with Leila and Dipia (I think that's how her name is spelt) and they were very helpful. Good listeners and not pushy at all.

Overall: Efficient and not pushy. Good and quick service! Decent pricing and often have promotions.

The one who helped us was Leila, she was excellent in explaining about the phone and services and so Kind and patient is assisting us. She is so knowledgeable in her job
And we are so happy to have been helped by her.

I switched over from Fido over to videotron at this location very very close to the closing time. The young lady at this location was very helpful, patient and polite. We switched back and forth between English and French as it was a great opportunity for me to practice my French.

She was very efficient and knew her way around the system, she knew the rules and gave me the right price and explained everything very well.

I got a new phone yesterday and Armen helped me a lot. Very nice guy and excellent service.

HOLA HOLA PEPSI COLA!!! GENTEEE ya la nueva tienda abrió!!!!! Uuuu🥳 Y está hermosa y muy cómoda. Por favor, qué gran trabajo se ha hecho! La decoración es personalizada, muy privada, muy moderna, muy bien ornamentada e iluminada. La verdad yo de las ofertas que tienen no sé, pero puedo decirles que cuando fui a pedir al chico de turno si podía hacer fotos a la tienda, este fue muy amable. Les debo una reseña sobre los servicios aquí, pues no los ocupo, pero para los que están cerca, aprovechen, se ve todo genial!
