Solution Nissan Chateauguay

I responded to a website offer for a Nissan product. I was contacted by one of their sales reps (Yves) almost immediately. From there on, every step in the process of leasing the vehicle was gone through patiently with us. I never felt any pressure to buy or lease. There is so much to cover in the way of paperwork, but Yves address any concerns I had in a very profession manner. I'm glad to be back with Nissan Chateauguay as the service they provided on my previous two Nissans always met or exceeded my expectations.

The service I received today was impeccable! From the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile and the worker greeted me by name, which made me feel very special. The service was on time and everything that was done was explained to me. They even washed my car for me without asking. The inside was cleaned as well. I have been very happy with the service I receive at Nissan and as a first time client, I am now a life long client!

Excellent services from your lovely service agent. She offered coffee with was a very nice touch. Answered all my questions and offered advice. She seems very knowledgeable I'm happy with the work that was done and was a pleasure doing business with you.

Added review, Once again solution Nissan went out of their way to make everything right. I have never had as remarkable service as I did at solution Nissan( i have dealt with dozens of dealers in my life). They were 100% concerned about my issue and fixed it to my satisfaction . Yanick & Valarie are 6 star employees that the owner should be so proud of….. I could not be happier with the service and people at Solution Nissan. They all go out of their way to make you happy and ensure that you are satisfied with the service and the sales. This is my third purchase from this dealership and I highly recommend dealing with them.
The service department is fantastic and devoted and they care. I have dealt with many dealerships and service department in the past .A special shout out has to go to Valarie David for making sure you are happy and caring about getting the job done right!

I wanted to take the time to give a 5 star review to Louis-David Morin. This young man had given me the absolute "best" service I have ever received in my life. He was polite, very kind and well mannered. I requested to have 4 test drives with cars on the lot and Louis without hesitation made me feel like a valued customer and prepared all the vehicles with a smile. This young man has exceptional "sales skills", and will become what ever his dreams desire for his career! I was impressed and can not thank him enough! I’ve leased over a dozen vehicles in my life. This is our first Nissan and one of the very few times I dealt with a real good person: Louis!
Professional, transparent and most of all not jaded or pretentious like most car sales people. This guy will treat you well as a customer should be treated...with honesty and respect. Good knowledge and information about their vehicles. They did a show and tell before even starting the test drive, which was not done at other dealers I've visited.
If I had to write a con, it would be a minor one. They're not too keen on price negotiation, so you might get a good price upfront, but little room for getting that figure even lower. Nevertheless, the price proposed was fair.

Ok, So I just (with much trepidation) purchased a new car from this dealership and on the advice of Luc, I dealt with Yanick Jeannard. Well, this could not have gone better. Yanick was aware of my previous encounter and went out of his way to prove to me that customer service still exists at this dealership. The process was painless and I never felt that I could not trust what was being said and offered. I love my new Rogue (Platinum) and was very satisfied with the entire process. And the coffee was good too!! Cheers Yanick and the Solutions Team!

Excellent and courteous service from all the staff. Sales manager was totally transparent. It took 15 minutes to get a price and a trade in value. In less than 24hrs, I was driving home in my new car. Great!!

First timer at Nissan Chateauguay.
Valerie was genuine and super friendly. She described and explained everything very clearly without using technical words hard to understand for a non-mechanic like me and the other customers.
Unlike other places i went, I appreciated no bolts or nuts were missing. in all seriousness, I didnt feel pressure get unecessary services that i needed to be done on my vehicule, which is a big plus for me.
I recommand anyone to get service at Nissan Chateauguay.
