Even though that might sound like an oxymoron, my experience with him has been AAA.
The vehicle experienced some unexpected problems upon test driving and purchase. He gave me his word that I could take it to the dealership and get it fixed on his dime. I am very happy to say that he stayed in communication with me and followed through with his word even though it was actually quite a big unexpected expense from the dealership service center.
I would absolutely recommend buying your next vehicle here, and I try to be as honest as possible, especially with something such as a big purchase with a vehicle in these hard economic times.

I purchased a family vehicle there and I am very happy. I wanted a specific SUV that was available there. It was delivered with breaks changed and serviced and new set of tires. I have left my previous car in exchange. It was a pretty good deal. After using the SUV I have noticed a missing part, Jack and Steve got the part for my with no additional cost.
