Hash browns were nice and fresh perfect amount of crisp, the team packaged my meal much to my delight with un-asked for ketchup... Like they knew me let alone the gentleman working the drive thru was very time effective making my morning smooth

Friendly and efficient staff, but the patties in the big Mac were literally so thin and almost see through..."come on McDonald's, do better with your food quality!"

The food was great and the manager was accommodating.

Kind staff, quick and delicious food, always perfect. Thank you for the kind staff. At night, the street lights on the drive through side didn't work, so it was dark, so it was a little uncomfortable. It was bright before, but after something changed, it doesn't seem to work. Drive carefully when turning corners.

Goderich McDonald’s has one of the NICEST drive-through ladies ever! She works the day shift and calls everyone “hun” and is such a pleasant person. She brightens everyone’s day! This lady deserves the biggest raise!

Food is as accepted. I did ask for my receipt and the lady said the printer is out with attitude. I politely asked again since I need it, now she was really not happy. Sorry some of us need that. Other than that everyone else was great.

This place was awesome. It’s in Goderich and for the first time I really enjoy my burgers. Staffs are stellar. My best wishes and regards to everyone out there.

I work at a McDonald's in a bigger city and I am amazed that the food was Fresh and probably cooked at 9:30 at night. I know a lot of McDonald's don't care due to teen employees these days but I'm very happy with the food

What a treat to have a delicious egg McMuffin, hash brown and coffee down at the lake! This McDonald's food always tastes fresher and better than regular. My thanks to the little trainee and the trainer who helped with my custom order. It was not fast but it was friendly and I am satisfied. Very surprised you have lobby open for walk up ordering. Maybe reconsider this. New Hamburg has an assistant at the kiosk to ensure order is placed that way and the only counter contact is pickup and tap for payment. Great coffee & breakfast.

Managing quiet well during these times. Mostly drive through and a few people inside for takeout. Whelst you can eat in seating is limited and you must leave contact info. No was eating in well I was there. But that was not for long. Washrooms were open, could have been cleaner, but not terrible. Overall a good experience.
Oh yeah the icecream was delicious!

This location has some of the nicest staff members ever. They all do their best to make sure the experience is enjoyable. Sometimes there can be a wait but you will get that at any busy fast food restaurant. These guys go above and beyond!

Lynda was a great employee taking order. She is awesome.

Great service and great food. I don't usually give a fast food restaurant 5 stars but due to travel through the area, I've stopped a few times at this McDonalds over the years and the food is freshly prepared, hot and the staff always friendly. Consistency is the key!

I haven't had a big Mac for about a year so my husband and I both enjoyed it very much it was just like it was 30 years ago with lots of sauce last time I had one it wasn't like that this one was really good the fries were good they're root beer was good I'm going back

Only place open on a Sunday night at 10pm. Other places closed early apparently because there was not enough turnover but this McDonald's had lots of it. Glad they stayed true to there hours as a franchise! Bc 8 hrs is a long time to drive then have no food! So thank you McDonald's in staying true <3

Also a side note to anyone that's not a local; they close the first cash window, come around 7pm and just use the second pick-up window for cash n food service. They start cleaning and it helps them do there job better.

Must try their new strawberry milkshake! The chocolate one is ok, and vanilla is better than chocolate! But the strawberry milkshake takes home the prize

Goderich McDonald's is the best service one around. Fast, seldom make mistakes with orders and very friendly staff overall. Best coffee on the planet to boot. Only complaint is that the one drive through lane speaker is placed wrong....too far forward. Outside lane takes 2 orders to every 1 inside lane. Stupid oversight. Makes for cousin at windows getting proper orders synchronization.
