X-Site Grill & Bistro

This place is a hidden Gem only not so hidden. We went for chicken souvlaki on the specials day (Wednesday) got 2 and took 2 extra meals home, 1 pop and 3 specialty martinis and the bill was $60 . The food NEVER disappoints so fresh and delicious!!

This place is terrific. Is it fancy, no, it’s it authentic, good quality and very fair prices, absolutely. The staff are wonderful and atmosphere is excellent.

Highly recommend for a relaxed space with friends and family and a nice drink. Must see for anyone in the area or regular place to visit if you live in the are.

One of the best home style eateries. A local treasure. Definitely go check out their daily specials, the family who owns it are really hard working great people. Amazing prices, great food, especially wonderful as everything everywhere gets more expensive. They make eating out more accessible for everyone. Highly recommend.

Super cool place. Staff are super friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait on the specials nights but definitely worth the wait! My favourite is the chicken souvlaki dinner on Wednesdays. Always perfectly cooked. They give you tons of food for the value. You won’t be left hungry that’s for sure.

I been going to X-Site for over 20 years at this location and I can honestly say with a doubt the price and food can not be beat. Simply put a great place to eat Thank You X-Site for you constant great tasting food and service.

First time in this place! They have specials every day. It was quite busy when we had dinner there last Feb 7. My son treated us on my birthday . We enjoyed the food and the place !

Huge portions, quick service, their servers are nice and always check up on customers. Price are surprisingly affordable for the amount of food you get. Overall it's perfect spot for hang out with friends. Highly recommend

Ordered the chicken club and it came stacked with a side salad and roasted potatoes on the side, my friend ordered the chicken burger which came with the same sides and we each got a drink and our total bill was 31$.
The food was good too.

I have honestly been coming here for many years I moved from the area and recently was reminded of this gem of a place by my close girlfriend who grew up in the area! The food is very good Quality ingredients and such great customer service it's fast and sooo affordable. I love this place and I am so happy to see that covid didn't ruin this wonderful business thank you soo much and we look forward to visiting your establishment in the future.

Food is tasty and affordable. Service is also really great too. Highly recommended if you're in the area. I often come for steak Monday's, sub ceasar salad and no rice 🤤 regular dish comes with a greek salad and rice

I have been visiting X-Site Grill for a number of years now. The quality of the food is splendid and the portion sizes are really good for the price. The lunch and dinner specials are very reasonably priced and never leaves me hungry. The chicken souvlaki platter is very delicious and the chicken strip special is also amazing in terms of taste and quality. There are many other options to choose from which I am looking forward to trying sometime in the future. The food has always stayed consistent being cooked/prepared exceptionally and always served reasonably fast. Eating in and taking out here are both great options at this establishment. Further, many of the staff here are very friendly and have provided great service every time I have visited. You should definitely come here for the high quality food, great prices and portion sizes as well as the exceptional service.

The place has a good atmosphere, it is nice for having drinks with family and friends. The food prices are great, sometimes the potatoes might be a bit hard but overall the food is great. I do recommend it.

This place got 5 stars from me for value.....were else can you have 2 drinks, a gourmet burger with salad and a sharing appetizer for $25 per person after taxes and gratuity!

Wasn't expecting the lunch special burger to be this good! The food is simple but fresh, made in-house and consistent. I have lived and worked in Burnaby fir about 10 years and all the locals I know say good things about this place. It's nice to be able to go to a casual, non-pretentious reliable and affordable restaurant that makes REAL, tasty food vs. frozen bulk processed stuff you find at some lower price point chain restaurants. I'll be there weekly for lunch breaks now that I've finally tried it.

Their special is the high light. Their lunch special is good too. And the price is very good. You have to be there early to get a spot.

**Awesome food , huge quantity for a great price **

We have been visiting this place for the past 3 years , and this is our all time favorite steak place . When it comes to Steaks , they always get it perfectly as how we want it to be. The portion of food is huge, I can never finish it (even if its the -less than $6 "soup of the day " -that comes with a slice of garlic bread). And the best part is their price. You get more than what you pay for (no kidding , posting picture of "New York pepper corn steak " which is around $12). Love their cocktails as well .
If you want to have a good steak without paying $25 plus, this is the place you wanna go . Not only their steaks , but the pastas , soups and even the classic BLT sandwich is just awesome.
The hosts are always nice and friendly .There might be a bit of wait to be seated , and that is just because people prefer this place than to many of the neighboring ones ;)
Saw many has commented about the decor , all i can say is "well, its not a 5 star restaurant"

My only pet peeve about this place is that everytime we come here it's usually the same young lady that greets us at the entrance with our masks on and always asks for our vaccine i.d. ?
Like she has never seen us before? Yet one time when we were sitting down a man walked in and the girl said it's ok and he sat in a corner table whaaat?
Any other restaurant we have been to many times they don't ask to see our vaccine i.d. cause they remember us and vaccine i.d.'s don't expire every week, month or year at least not yet🤔
Maybe there are 2 people out there that look like me and my wife???

Simple good food and good service. Nothing fancy but know what you are getting everytime.

Great local low-key Eatery with good food, value and large portions. They also have great service and daily specials for drinks and grub.

Clam Chowder is huge! You can seriously stuff yourself with food and drink for under $15. XI can see why it's a favourite place for University students and locals alike.
