I really like going to get my hair done at My Style Hair Design. Raj, as I call her, the owner, always makes me feel welcome from the moment I call to make and appointment to the time I show up for my appointment. She is very also very accommodating, even if she is busy and she normally is, she makes a true effort to accommodate me or any client that calls or walks in. She is always happy, listens to the customer needs and tries her best to meet the client's expectations.

She is very professional.. I have always left the salon, happily. Even when she is fully booked, she tries to find time and provides the best service. Prices are so reasonable.. I have no reason to get upset.. I also like her professional ethics. If someone show up late for their appointment, she don't let that impact subsequent appointments of other clients.. She values her clients more than money.. So if you are a late comer or a no show without informing her, and do not respect others' time, probably you should start valuing others' time and business.. Or you may not like to see ur appointment being cancelled..

I am very satisfied with this hair salon. I am new in Burnaby and have been looking for a salon which will give me the style that I want at a reasonable cost. My style hair design met all my needs. I highly recommend this salon. The owner is very friendly and customer service is very good. The covid precautions are also very commendable.

I regularly visit My Style Hair Design saloon and have the pleasure of being styled by Ranjana. Not only she does wonders with my hair, but her pleasant personality and genuine kindness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It's not every day that you encounter a stylist who is not only skilled but also a wonderful person.

I have a lot of anxiety about getting haircuts, as I have an unusual style, and most places I go make me feel self conscious. Not only did I not feel judged for my hairstyle for a second, they also were quick and cheap. My hairstyle requirements are simple and easy, so it only took around 15 minutes and cost $20, I felt guilty paying so little!

Rajna is an incredibly talented colorist. I've had her work on my hair twice now. The first time I had a Dark brown/Red ombre. My most recent visit, I got highlights, lowlights & a cut for $220. Bring cash or debit, as there is a surcharge for paying by credit. And street parking is metered (2hr max), so after 2 hours you have to move your car (you can't add more time). Highly recommend Rajna!

The owner did my highlights and keratin treatments for me. I am pleased with her service. I received a lot of compliments from my friends and family. She is someone I highly recommend.

Been coming here for years. I come once a month, I chit chat with the owner while she cuts my hair, I pay, I leave. It takes maybe 20 minutes. Fast, cheap, and she does a decent job. The other barbers are decent too. I'm not a person that's picky about my hair.

But to all the people saying it's rude she answers phone calls while she's cutting hair, yeah of course she has to. Y'all want cheap haircuts and don't want the lady to answer the phone how is she gonna book appointments? You want her to pay a secretary? Who's gonna pay their salary? You? No you just want something to complain about. Please stop being so entitled and whining on Google literally nobody cares.

Been coming here for 4 years since I moved nearby and the owner/operator, Ranjina, has always been SO lovely, personable and accommodating. This woman doesn’t stop working and her quality shows through. Prices for a men’s cut are very affordable and competitive. Even through COVID, she always goes above and beyond for her clientele.

After reading some of the reviews, I was compelled to write my own. I was fortunate enough to find this hair studio because I was seeing a Chiropractor in the same building (Lee Chiropractic, amazing chiropractor if you need one).

This is regarding men's hair... For the price you pay, I don't think you can find a comparable cut anywhere in the city. Booking an appointment is recommended as day of appointments are possible, but more difficult.

Rajna actually squeezed me in one day, thankfully. She tries her best to accommodate everyone, if she can. This is my go to studio every two weeks!

My first appointment and cut was pretty good, not the best, but pretty good. I went back a second time because of the price/service and she made some minor tweaks and with some feedback my second cut was even better. Now, she knows my hair and I get a great cut every time.

I would definitely recommend this studio. For the price and service, it is hard to beat.

While I can't speak about the owner, I've only briefly interacted with her, which she seems nice ( the reviews of either her being 5/5 star or 1/5 are odd to say the least), but I've gone to see Ian a few times, and he takes really good care of your hair, and cuts it perfectly.

I've been to other places in the area, and for the price, speed and accuracy of the cut, honestly couldn't knock them for anything.

Ranjana is a true professional. Have got compliments every time I get my hair done from her. She is prompt and provides great and reliable Services. Have been her client for over 3 yrs now and love the way everything is handled. After Covid, she follows all the protocols and makes me feel safe. Highly recommended.

Ranjana accommodated me at the last minute before closing time. She did not rush through. She changed my hairstyle twice as per my request. The haircut was clean and perfect ,exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable. Will definitely go again.

Super happy with Ranjna and her service. I used to go there for more than 4 years for my hair cut. Not only she has a great talent for hair styling but also she has a very kind heart! She just donated to the young girls and women in my country who are in protest against dictatorship government!
