The app said that the 28 Phibbs Exchange bus is on Bay 2 but when I came to the spot, it said 27 Kootenay Loop. I had to ask a transit officer who was stationed nearby for the exact location of the bus bay for # 28 and I was told to cross the street and by the time I got there , the bus had already left just seconds ago! I was so upset because Google maps is inaccurate ! I was half an hour late for my work! Very disappointing!

Bys 28 always get late. And now it is every 30 minutes!
