An exceptional experience! I enthusiastically recommend Burnaby’s Coastal Ford Service Department! I own a BMW X2 and, after several poor experiences with my home dealership, I decided to buy OEM parts and booked my ride at Coastal for install, as the estimate was more favourable (I also bought tires there and those were mounted onto my vehicle in the same visit: so efficient!). The service advisors were all very welcoming and professional on my arrival. Kyran, the advisor assigned to my file, even introduced me to the mechanic working on my car, Marin, who specializes in European cars as well. Marin was equally welcoming and professional and I thought the intro was a nice touch. I was kept up-to-date and the whole experience overall was excellent in every way. The service was very thorough, completed on time and I was pleased to see my X2 washed and ready to go. These guys really know their business and are a joy to deal with. We arrived at around 6:00 PM and within 10 minutes, we were already set on purchasing the car. Brian, our seller, was incredibly accommodating and displayed a high level of professionalism. Despite my initial uncertainties, he possessed the skills to persuade and assure us. The rest of the staff at the dealership also provided exceptional assistance, although their names escape me at the moment. Nevertheless, everyone we encountered was friendly and supportive, and the efficiency of the process stood out as a key highlight.

I been to dealership and spoke to Daryl. super nice person and his service was super amazing. didnt end up buying the car as i will wait for 2024 model. but Daryl and his manager Chris was super nice and helpful. i would love to buy car from them in future. I’ve recently gone back and upgraded my truck for the second time now. Both times I’ve been helped by Kayla. She’s been amazing. She went above and beyond to keep me posted with new trucks coming in and managed to find me an amazing deal. She even came in on her day off to set me up with my new truck. Tim the financing manager also did an amazing job with finding the perfect financing. If you need a vehicle, go talk to Kayla. You won’t be disappointed.

Last week bought a 2018 F150 from Coastal Burnaby. It was my first time buying a car in a decade. I had just been keeping my old car running and liked not having car payments until now. But I decided that I would finally treat myself to a nicer ride and one that I had always wanted. I chose Coastal Burnaby because I am a paramedic and we take our ambulances there. The service team had always been good to work with.
I went on their website and happened to find the F150 model with everything that I had wanted, color, engine, etc. I reached out to them and was put into contact with Hash.
For me, making this leap into a 'new to me truck' and spending that kind of $$$ after all these years was stressful. But Hash was great, did not pressure me, and took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up putting a deposit down over the phone, then went in a few days later to test drive. The Truck was just as advertised and I bought it.
I have been driving it for a week now, and have reached back out to Hash twice with some questions/concerns. He took the time to answer me and involved some techs to make sure that I got the best info and put my mind at ease.
Overall, I really appreciate how Hash helped, answered my questions, and worked to make the whole experience pleasant. As my co-workers have noticed my new ride at the station, I have been happy to tell them where I got it and the good experience that it was.

Hopefully this truck gives me some good years of service and I can have some fun with it, and next time I need to swap into another ride, I'll give Hash a call.

In December, I purchased a used 2016 Ford F-150 from Coastal Ford Squamish. Unfortunately, within one week of purchasing the truck, I noticed it was leaking water into the cab. Understandably, I was quiet upset with this discovery as I live in Vancouver where it rains 70% of the year. Since it was inconvenient for me to travel between Vancouver and Squamish to have the issue dealt with, I was referred to Chris Martens, Service Advisor, at Coastal Ford in Burnaby. Chris was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. He was very accommodating and was able to get my vehicle into the shop for a diagnosis within days of me contacting him. Upon diagnosing the issue, the repairs were completed within about 2.5 weeks all the while, I was provided with a rental truck similar to mine free of charge. The repairs were substantial as brand new rear glass was required to be ordered in and replaced. Chris also went a step further and was able to get the moldy, damaged carpet completely replaced for me rather than just cleaning the old carpet and putting it back in the truck. This was quite important to me as I already suffer with respiratory issues and was concerned about dealing with moldy carpets in the future. Chris went above and beyond to assist me with this major issue just shortly after purchasing my truck. I am very pleased with the service I received and he even made a point to contact me upon returning my vehicle to ensure all repairs were in fact completed successfully. I will definitely return to Coastal Ford Burnaby because of Chris and I will refer any of my friends or family members to him as well!

My friend was interested in a Dodge Grand Caravan GT Coastal had for sale. Chris and Louie were very accommodating and offered the vehicle to us at a very fair price. They were pleasant and there was no sales pressure sales tactics. Unfortunately for them we found a vehicle with 25000 less kms. at the same price point when you take out the documentation and financing fees. I would not hesitate to refer them to any of my friends who need a vehicle in the future.

Managers Chris, Brian and Keith were fantastic. The service manager Dave Cooke was also amazing.
