Highly recommend Metrotown Mazda. Felt well taken care of from start to finish. Offered me a competitive price and had the model and colour I was looking for in stock, drove it off the the next day as they worked efficiently to ensure my family and I were setup after our move to the city. They were up front on cost, options and didn't feel any pressure in our negotiations. This is my 3rd Mazda and will not be my last from Metrotown. Thank you Nelson and Robert for a great experience.

I know a lot of people are skeptical of big dealerships, we have been since our last major purchase was a terrible experience. We came in to buy a used vehicle as a second vehicle for our family and Mazda worked with our budget and never pressured us into spending more or get a car we weren’t interested in. We can’t recommend Troy and Ping enough. We came to an agreement for a vehicle but there were a few issues we came to notice but once we notified the dealership they were very attentive at resolving the issue and making it right. Fast forward to a couple days later we felt not great about the situation but from the managers Robert to Gordon they did everything in their power to ensure we would leave happy whatever the outcome was.

If we are in the market for a vehicle we would not hesitate to recommend Metrotown Mazda or even if we never buy a Mazda.

They have renewed my wife and I’s confidence that there are actual good dealerships out there.

Got my car today from Irwan Singh. The car is great with all the features that I've wanted. He helped us with showing the car, displaying all features, helping us explain our options on buying the car, and then helped to deliver the car. When I picked the car up they brought an ICBC broker to help me with insurance and he found me better rates than the quotes I had with BCAA.
