First time to try a Mitsibishi car. Of all the Mitsubishi dealerships in Vamcouver-Burnaby-Coquitlam-Surrey area, this one has the highest positive reviews, so my wife and I checked it out. Its a "small size" dealership with only 2 cars in the showroom.We also noticed that their website prices are lower than the other dealerships. Product Advisor Brian Trinh was very accomodating, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that my wife and I are well informed with regards to the type of car we are looking for. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi Cross SE. The purchase experience was overall positive, with a slight wait time in the finance department (noticed only 1). Brian Trinh was there every step of the way even when our car was ready to go. He did some last minute check and demos. Happy with this Dealership. I went to this dealership to look at a specific vehicle they had advertised. I’d called ahead to make sure it was still there and when we arrived not only did they have that one but Bon, the salesperson, had two others to show me. The cars were similar but varied in mileage and therefore gave me options. Bon was great to deal with, he was knowledgable, polite and had a good sense of humour. Bon wasn’t pushy and found creative solutions to our concerns and he made the experience a pleasant one. When the decision was made to buy the car we met Ben, the manager, who welcomed me to the dealership and committed to ongoing good service. Karen and James in finance were very thorough and explained everything that was available for after sale warranties etc.
