Morrey Infiniti

Thank you to Paul and his team at the Morrey Infiniti of Burnaby for the work on our car engine replacement. I unfortunately experienced a complex issue regarding my 2019 Infiniti QX50 and needed an engine replacement. I was refused service at another Infiniti dealership and was frustrated with the lack of care and empathy from those representatives who clearly didn't care about the negative impact they were having on the Infiniti brand. Paul recovered the brand experience for me and I will continue to trust in his team's service as they follow through with doing the right thing for their customers, and having their back when faced with car issues. I am not an expert in cars so it's important for me to have a reliable relationship when it comes to decisions pertaining my vehicle. Thank you Paul!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know! The assistant sales manager was who we dealt with and we really appreciated the honesty he provided us with. He had a very professional way about his mannerisms and he took the time to show us the physical differences between 2 vehicles (brought them out side by side). He also sat us down and explained to us differences between financing and leasing vehicles and the benefits of leasing (which doesn't benefit him with commission and takes up what could be valuable time). I really appreciated her authentic and genuine approach; I could tell that I could really trust her and that she was really trying to help me obtain the best deal possible.

I got my previous car (EX35) from Morrey Nissan (Now Nissan and Infiniti) and have regular service there for the past 10 years. Over the 10 years, the car had literally no issue at all (other than parts need to change regularly - brakes, filters, fluid... only 1 light bulb burned at 7 year mark) so it makes sense to try out the new QX50 because I need a more spacious and fuel saving car and Infiniti's reliability really impressed me .
Since I already had my previous EX35 bought from them, I kinda know what to expect when walk-in and shopping for the new QX50. The sales person I knew has left but Adam Hsu gave me a warm welcome and walked me through the new features of the new QX50 (EX35).
What I liked about him was he didn't try to hard sell or push me to get the deal done. I have compared the price by calling other Infiniti dealers and also visit CarCostCanada before I met Adam. He was realistic and honest of how we can make the best deal for both of us, very straight forward and no time wasted. I actually made his task harder by asking for a Majestic White exterior with Autograph package, which is very hard to find and usually has go through manufacturer order and will take more than 3 months... (We checked from the inventory screen and there was no such car) Some how Adam find a way to get the specific color and trim in 2 days and we made the deal.

I would highly recommend Morrey Infinti for anyone who loves the brand. And thanks to Adam and Thomas (finance manager) to get the car I love for me. :)

WHAT AN AMAZING, EASY, STRESS-FREE AND FUN EXPERIENCE!!!

I would like to share my experience with Morrey Infiniti and in particular my sales person, Christopher Dacosta.

I had been on the hunt for what many were calling the "unicorn" of vehicles. I have a family with growing needs and wanted to get into a bigger vehicle. After doing a ton of research my husband and I landed on the Toyota Highlander. I had been searching for months, working with Toyota dealers from around the province and not feeling positive about finding the right year, model I wanted with all the features. As I said, most of the sales people I spoke to said it was going to be like finding a "unicorn" but I was convinced it was possible and kept searching daily.

Late one evening I found my "unicorn" on the Morrey Infiniti website. I could not believe it, FINALLY, exactly what I was looking for. Every single option I wanted, it had. I was so excited I immediately sent a message to the dealer using their online feature. I received a message back within about 1 hour asking me how they could assist. I told them of my interest and said I would pop in the next day for a test drive.

FAST FORWARD... I arrived at the dealer and was immediately greeted and introduced to Christopher Dacosta. It was a sunny Thursday early afternoon and I was a bit nervous I guess you could say as I don't have anywhere near the budget to afford an Infiniti and was not looking forward to pressure sales from this high end dealer. I was also hoping to be treated with professionalism and respect despite the fact I was not on the market for one of "their" vehicles. Well, my assumption couldn't be further from the truth.

Immediately when I met Chris, I knew he was my kind of guy... and I say that from this perspective.... He is professional, friendly, honest, and super knowledgeable. We test drove the Toyota together and he made me feel at ease, let me know he was not in a rush and we could test drive the vehicle for as long as I was wanting to. He made sure he got all my questions answered even when he didn't himself have the answer. He offered me a test drive of the Infiniti QX60, a comparable vehicle, summing up some of the benefits I would gain by purchasing a pre-owned Infiniti while at the same time allowing me to really compare in a way that left me knowing the Toyota was my best choice. He was honest with me about how the process worked in terms of offers, trade-ins, extended warranties and more. He was a "sales-guy" yes, but I felt like he was really working for me, making sure I was happy and got the best benefits.

All in all, I was at the dealer that day to "pop-in" to test drive my family's "dream unicorn SUV" and in the end I made an on the spot decision and traded in my car and purchased the Toyota...THAT DAY!!!! IN THAT MOMENT!!! I honestly don't know if I would have done this "on the spot" if it wasn't for Christopher leaving nothing for me to doubt or question. Their financing & insurance team are just as fantastic!

If you are on the market for a new or used vehicle I HIGHLY recommend popping down to Morrey Infiniti to see Christopher. I really can't speak highly enough on my experience from start to finish with Christopher and the entire Morrey Infiniti team!!!!

This weekend we purchased our new QX60 from Adam Hsu. We are very pleased with his level of integrity and professionalism with strong focus on good customer care. He allowed us to take many test drives and showed us all of the options we were interested in. He handled all of our questions thoughtfully and ensured we selected the best option based on our need. Our history with Morrey INFINITI is many years now. We do all of our INFINITI vehicle servicing with them after we purchased our FX35. Their staff is always helpful, their billing is fair, the showroom is beautiful, and they serve great coffee in the service department. The financial manager Robert, Angela, and Emily were efficient and made our financing/insurance transfer quick and painless. Great customer service and overall a very professional dealership. I browsed on the web, sent an email and got an immediate phone call from Ben Firouzian. My previous experience 4 years back was not great, and Ben assured me of high service standards. We then set up a time for the test drive and the car was ready for me when I walked in. That was a great first impression. In less than two weeks we closed the deal. Part of my deal was done through texts and phone calls and everything was as discussed when we went to pick our vehicle. I went to Morrey Infiniti just to look at a car I had some interest in. I dealt with Sina the entire time and I could not be happier with my experience. Hands down the best sales person I have ever had was Sina. He was very knowledgeable, polite, patient and helpful. He let the SUV sell itself and was never pushy. He gave very useful info on all the vehicles I was interested in. Once I chose my SUV he put me in the hands of Monica and she has been the best finance person I have worked with. Morrey Infiniti is all about the customer and their experience and less about making a quota. You can tell they’re confident in their vehicles in a way that lets you, the buyer, not be ambushed or pushed into a decision. This has been my favourite experience out of all the vehicle I’ve ever purchased. I’m sure everyone is great there but I will definitely ask for Sina in the future. He sat with me for over an hour after I had paid for the SUV, showing me all the bells and whistles of the vehicle until I was confident in how it worked. 5 star plus rating.

We recently purchased a QX60 and I can't say enough good things about the service! Ben in sales helped us finalize the deal and not only was he open and transparent but you really got a sense of trust from him. All of our past experiences have been so-so (if not just horrible) but this was honestly the best experience we had in buying a vehicle. Ben and Jas (finance) were great to deal with and they showed so much patience with the kids as well. When I went to pick up the vehicle few days later, I didn't even have to ask and Ben had the car seats installed and ready to go for me. My car buying experience at Morrey was very pleasant. Anna came out and greeted us right away on the lot and offered us a test drive and continued to help us through the whole process when we really liked the car. We were happy to see a place where the customer is taken seriously and not ignored. She was very knowledgeable of the products and worked very hard to help us get into the car we wanted. She was able to find us other options to look at when the initial one we were interested in didn’t work out.
