We have bought several cars from Carter GM. We have specificity dealt with Barry each time and he has given us superior service. Low pressure and only wanted to make sure we had the right car that we were looking for. In fact my wife and I were away on vacation for one month. Right after we left Barry called to say that a possible car came in that he thought we had been looking for. He held the car for the month until we returned. I can’t say enough about what Barry did and the Carter family did accommodating us. I would highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for first class and honest service. Thank you Barry.

Had an amazing deal on a Chevy Trax, unbeatable pricing for the car compared to other dealers. The salesman was a pleasure to do business with, very helpful, very clear and very pleasant overall. All of the other people in sales, insurance, and the entire purchasing process were incredibly helpful, advising valuable information and helping me choose the best options that have saved me more money than I ever thought. In the end it all worked out and I left the dealership with a brand new Chevy.

I had the greatest experience of buying a new car.There was 3 stages to buying the car. The Insurance person, financing person, and the person that goes over all the gadgets and safety equipment on the new car. Every stage was perfect in explaining my different options, and made sure I understood the offers etc.The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable, and helpful.

Generally, a very experienced group of service advisors. No matter who I get they know their stuff. Last advisor was Elton Hui, and he was on the money as always. Can’t say I love car repair shops, but Carter seems to be an exception.

I visited Carter Chevrolet Buick GMC to have my tire pressure sensor replaced. Typically, they require appointments rather than walk-ins. However, I scheduled in advance and they efficiently completed the task within 45 minutes. I'm pleased with their service and would certainly recommend them.

Steve and Larry in service are awesome to deal with. They get me in, the work is solid and reliable, and call me to keep me updated. Never an issue. And the truck gets a wash. Very pleased with Carter Service. Thanks guys!

They set a very great example of service you need without making you cough up money for things you don’t. My truck broke down on a Saturday morning, got to tow to them and Elton, in the service department arranged things to have a mechanic look at it. 2 hours later they had it running. Its a blessing, they are there to help when they can and that day they were able too.
