Both the reception staff, doctors & nurse have been friendly, accommodating and attentive under difficult Covid circumstances and staff shortages.

Very busy clinic, where everyone works hard under difficult and stressful circumstances. My family and I have found family doctors here who are understanding and patient. The reception area is so busy and the staff there are phenomenal. The nurses are so kind and professional.

The best clinic in the area. I highly recommend for check ups, prenatal, etc. I usually only wait 10mins tops before I am seen by nurses or a doctor.

Long waits, even with an appointment sometimes waiting 2 hours just to get in to see a doctor. But great doctors.

While my visit was welcoming and comfortable, it was a facade for good service. I required a urinalysis for which I gave a sample at the clinic and again at the hospital lab. I received results for neither test and still have no idea what is wrong with me. I missed a day of work and it was a colossal waste of my time. Do not recommend. I saw Dr. Nortje.

Very difficult to get into despite the amount of doctors here; the reception is often pretty unpleasant with the rare member of staff being nice. Just today I was desperately trying to get through on the phone for a walk in appointment (which is presently restricted by calling at 8:30am and fills insanely fast) only to be met with a pretty rude 'Can you hold?'.
I held for about 3 minutes before being abruptly hung up on.
Honestly, even if you're desperate, look elsewhere if possible- the stress of competing to see a doctor is only made worse by the frequent contempt of the reception; I could excuse the irritation due to stress were it not for the fact that other clinics I ended up calling were much more polite and professional.
I hope the staff are coping given the state of things with the pandemic, but really would like to see them be at least a little less grouchy (not all of them are, of course; some are perfectly nice).
All that said- Boyle, Athabasca, etc. may be better options, even if they're further away for many folks in the Lakeland area.

Refuses to do circumcisions? Gives his own personal opinion not medical opinion. Edmonton is being overwhelmed with circumcisions because he is refusing to do them and persuading mothers not to have them done, which btw we were told he is not allowed to do. If he does not feel he is capable then perhaps look for another job. Medical is a small world and he's being talked, about hope he knows this.

All they do is say it was either a spider bite, or that the pain is a normal part of aging. They never bothered to find out why I had a HUGE unexplained blister on my foot. These guys are a "walk-in joke".
