Grainger Industrial Supply

Had an order for some hardware cloth, which wasn't in stock. Prices are far cheaper than the big box stores for the same products. They were clear from the order date when the item would be ready for pick up. The hardware cloth arrived 2 days earlier than the estimated date.

I opted for curbside pick up, which was really just going to the door, telling the employee the order number and them bringing it to a table at the door. Everything went smoothly and as expected. No complaints, glad to have this resource available!

Ordered 3 boxes of kraft bags from here and their service was amazing! They showed me the product to make sure it was correct and they even carried the boxes and put them in my car. I would have struggled to carry the boxes without them. Thank you! Definitely will be back :)

I ordered a small order of grocery bags and it was as promised on time. However, the product was incorrectly displayed on the website. Within a day, I received a call from Samatha on their RMA team who went above and beyond to try to remedy the situation. She worked quickly and decisively to determine whether she could find a suitable replacement for the product. Unfortunately, they were unable to find the product in all of Canada. I am giving them 5 stars for the great and efficient service that I got both in the Burnaby store and by the service excellent of Samantha on the phone. If this is the way these guys treat a small guest customer, that's incredible. Stellar customer service and look forward to using you as a source for other goods in the future.

Not sure why everyone else has had a bad experience, but I've made multiple orders online during COVID and they're always ready for pickup the day their website states. Much faster pickup than the local HD too.

Walked in today needing delineators, caution tape, and steel toe caps. The gentleman at the front counter helped me locate all 3 in the stock room, even though they were busy. He was courteous and pleasant. I would shop here again.

They've made a lot of changes recently. Excellent service and attitude. They sell to the general public in addition to businesses. Drop in for the clearance section alone - it's Awesome.

I will say though seeing interactions in store makes me say "NOT A RETAIL STORE" this is a place for industrial and commercial supplies. Store is 5/5, web site is 3/5, call in is a gamble.

Very fast delivery ordered Wednesday afternoon arrived Thursday afternoon.
Forestry Shield great priced, far more reasonable then buying from Amazon/Ebay or mower shop.
I shall recommend Grainger to others also will buy shield for snow blowing later in the Fall.
