I phoned when my moms car battery died, and we live in Highlands BC. Justin was there in 15 minutes!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get her 20 year old car started in minutes. Considering we live so far out of town, I was not expecting this to happen so easily. 5 stars to Justin and BCAA.

I called in the evening to set up a tow from my work to an automotive shop to have some work done the following day. Irina was pleasant, and prompt. She explained every clearly and in detail. I have an appointment and am very thankful for her assistance.

I don't think I've had occasion to call before but am I ever satisfied and reassured that I have the right company! The serviceman was so kind and understanding. He worked quickly and although it turned out to be minor, the job was dispensed of post haste! Thank you BCAA.

Always great service! Bcaa is a must have to get you a tow when your in a jam. Longer wait times but understandable. The yearly fee will cover the cost if just one tow if you had to pay out of pocket!

Just got saved by Arvin driver 63 in Richmond my car battery died as I was about to leave work he came by super fast and jumped my battery for me and gave me some quick tips on what to do next.

Absolutely saved my butt.

I ride a motorcycle and do door dash on it during the summers for some extra beer money.

Right after dropping off someones order, i go to hop on the bike and the battery is completely dead, wont even turn over.

Guy was there in about an hour and 45(understandable since he was one of the only out with a flatbed needed to tow a bike, gave me time to deal with door dash since i was in the middle of a stacked order and had another in my bag) helped me take the seat off and popped a booster charger on the battery, and she fired right up.

Would have been stranded in downtown new west otherwise.

Jordan, my tow driver, was an absolute beauty this morning. Had a rear flat so had to get a bed truck. He was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. Genuinely seemed like he loved his job and helping people. Thank you Jordan!

Needed an emergency tow after our car crapped itself in the middle of the road, had to be pushed off. 30 mins later we were towed home safely and fast, no fuss, no muss. Highly recommend BCAA, even if only for peace of mind. Better to have and not need, than need and not have....👍👍🪶

On December 23rd 2023 our old vw westfalia van wouldn't start in the parkade at the save on at kingsway and knight. The bcaa driver/ mechanic Conner identified a rats nest and we were on our way. Thanks for saving Christmas!

I had a sour & sweet experience during one of the coldest nights of February this yr. I was very displeased and I let BCAA know about it, at the same time i made them aware of their tow truck driver, how he went over & above to take care of things. Then i received a call from their man in charge about a week later and had the kindest most professional conversation. He was incredibly apologetic restored my faith in their business. Ive yet to get the email from Kevin but I’m sure ill get it soon.

Signing up was easy and provides a wonderful peace of mind now that my Tesla is out of warranty.

I love this service. It is like a concierge for your vehicle! Out of gas, broken down, dead battery, need a jump, had a accident…. They are there for you!! And they offer you a ride. Some time ago, I was privileged to receive service by an ultimate BCAA professional. The battery died in my Saturn Sky – it is not easily removed thus necessitating a tow. The car was in a low-ceilinged parking garage with some tight turns and a significantly sloped exiting driveway, a challenge at any time let alone when being towed. Trevor of Mid Island Towing (Nanaimo) performed a flawless garage extraction, including loading the car onto the tow vehicle while on the sloped ramp. It was not easy but was a pleasure to watch a real professional at work. He was methodically using a detailed checklist.

My background is flying and I have witnessed some amazing feats of aircraft being towed in very tight spaces. To do so requires the highest degree of a variety of skills, an acute situation awareness and a well planned checklist. Trevor did all that and more.

BCAA driver Gary #43 (Vancouver) was absolutely amazing!! He went out of his way to wait for me to get my spare set of keys so we could rule some things out regarding my truck. He did everything he could to troubleshoot the situation but unfortunately I ended up needing to be towed to the dealership. Thank you Gary for all you did!!

My guy was not only legendary, he helped a fella out of a jam and gave me good advice.

BCAA roadside is A1 quality.
