Very courteous, complimentary coffee, International driving permit obtained in 20 minutes included made pictures . BCAA members have dis count on pictures . TOTAL COSTS $41 . Too little customer spots(6-7) on parking ,there is plenty of empty spaces reserved for privilege persons. This is not right, You exist on our ,the members fees ! You should keep in mind that!

I booked an appointment with BCAA on Canada Way. When I showed up in person, an agent greeted me politely and told me that they got water, tea, and office. Just helped myself. :) The appointment started on time.

The agent called Yohana (sorry if I spell her name wrong here) was very diligent explaining everything and comparing different travel insurance packages for me. She was very friendly and provided all the information that I needed for my traveling. I really appreciate it. I would rate her 5 stars!! :)

There is a parking lot right outside the insurance office. It's free and easy to park.

Not crowdy, had no waiting. Great service and helpful staff. Received IDP approved in just 15 minutes (form was already filled). Sufficient free customer parking was available

I am so happy with the great support I received from Tina and the rest of the claims department. My almost new ebike was stolen, so I made a claim, and then the police found it a week later, damaged. So I needed to make a new claim. Tina helped me sort out the new steps, and when the repair costs was more than the bike value, I was given a cash settlement. This was all handled really quickly. And the damaged bike is going to the wonderful Kelowna nonprofit, Bikeways. Everybody wins. Thanks BCAA!

Received excellent service from the staff here when I came to get my International Driving Permit. Walked in without an appointment and had everything processed in under 10 minutes. There is a waiting area with complimentary coffee, water, etc. and plenty of parking available. The staff members were super friendly and efficient!

Excellent service. I had an amazing insurance agent that walked me through everything. Highly recommended and saved me money. Only note: if you are hard of hearing the plastic divider makes it difficult.

Service is great at this location. However, avoid the New Westminster location if you can or book an appointment first.

Nice people there. I went to Burnaby, Canada way with a reservation. No lineup, no delays. I was able to finish in 15 min. I got an international driving license. They prepare it on the spot, including the photos. I just brought the application form filled up and a copy of my driver's license. Very happy with the organization. Thanks

I am a new member of the road side assistance program. I have had to use their roadside services on an older Saab that died. It needed to be towed which was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Fast forward to the week of February 27th, 2013. I had some extremely poor luck with my new car a 2020 Chevy Spark. This week alone I needed gas to be brought to me, for a flat tire with a dummy spare to ge replaced and finally I needed the lock on the car to be openned as I locked my keys in the car. In either of these situations I didn't wait for more than an hour. The service was efficient and friendly. My 5 star rating stems from an interaction I had with one of their supervisors Christina. Due to the poor road conditions on Tuesday February BCAA was swamped with calls. I placed my call at 11:00 AM advising the call taker that my spare tire was now flat and that I would need a tow to the Port Kells Kal Tire location. The BCAA person stated that I surpassed the yearly allotment of call outs which is 4 with my basic membership. I was advised that I would need to call a tow company directly and pay them directly. I could not afford to pay for a tow that was not covered by my basic policy. I asked to speak with a superior in order for them to make an exception and cover the bill. I was not pleased that BCAA would not cover the charge. I spoke with BCCA supervisor Christina about my situation and she suggested that I contact Clover Towing to see if they could do it. Clover Towing indicated that could be upwards of 6 hours to receive service. Christina after hearing my case indicated that BCAA as a courtesy to me this one time would cover the towing bill and try to expidite the delivery if the They needed a dispatch email from BCAA. Christina not only made an exception to excessive call out rule but would tried to ensure service for me was expedited. Unbelievably 20 minutes later Clover Towing showed up with a flat bed trailer to toll my car to the Kal Tire in Walnur Grove. Not only did they provide door to door service in 1 hour, they waved the fee even though I was over the allotment of services. Christina thanks for being so professional. You helped calm down as I'm going through a difficult family situation that required me to be on Vancouver Island tomorrow. As such, I needed my car ASAP. BCAA and it's partner at Clover Towing are to commended. Christina should receive kudos from her managers. Now I have an operational car which I can use to visit my daughter tomorrow. Great job BCAA. I setup an appointment online to get my international driver’s license here. Arrived at the appointed time and was served right the way. I had my picture taken there and the license was ready in about 15 minutes. Staff were courteous and professional. Very good experience.

It was a very good experience in getting my International Drivers Permit because the lady receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Not only that she processed the permit fast and smoothly. Good job, BCAA for having her at the reception.

Amazing Amazing Amazing. I was in a terrible situation earlier this afternoon when I tried driving through what I though was a shallow puddle on Still Creek street in Burnaby. After reaching the halfway point, my car shut off and I was stranded with no way to get out. I called BCAA and not only did their driver arrive within 1 hour, but he also waded into the water himself so he could attach the tow lines to my car. I have been a BCAA customer for many years and this is exactly why. They are committed to excellent service and will try their best to help no matter the situation! I can’t thank them enough

I was here to renew my car insurance yesterday, the man that greeted me and explained they were short a few staff so I might have to wait awhile. I was worried he meant 30-45 minutes but within 10 minutes I was being helped. However, as I was waiting the manager offered an older customer help by going out to her car to get something she forgot, I think that was super kind of him. Even though they took half my bank account (lol), everyone there answered all the questions I had and they were all very polite. :)

I had three incidences that I had to call BCAA for roadside assistance in Surrey BC. First control arm broken of one car, second time excel broken of second car and then lock the car and key inside. All these incidences happened within last 30 days.
All three times I got excellent service and handled in very professional manners. First time it was from Roadways Towing (sorry I forgot young person's name), second time was Joe #319 and third time was Ashor #34.
Another plus I found is alternatives available for service, one can call and stay on line or leave # for call back maintaining your turn or ask for help online. I am perfectly satisfied with the service and got membership for another family member.

Apart from the normal peace of mind their service provides, listen to this: I had my membership set to automatically renew every year. This year I didn't need the service and forgot about it. When I realized it had been renewed, something like 3 months into it, I called to make sure it doesn't get renewed again next year.
They returned my entire membership fee! That's as nice as it was unexpected.

I typically come here to do my auto-renewal and the service this time was especially great considering it wasn't a simple renewal like every other year. My driving conditions were changing and I was adding someone with little driving experience to my insurance. Amin was very patient and really wanted to understand my situation. This location can get busy, so I usually don't come when I'm in a rush. Easy and free parking is a bonus too.

I recently contacted BCAA to inquire about a home insurance policy for my new house. I had the pleasure of dealing with Crystal Powel who was the most courteous and professional representative I've dealt with to date. She was extremely informative and made the transition between one house to the next so seamless. BCAA is lucky to have such a hard working and dedicated employee!
