Had an interesting experience. Started out negative but turned positive. I had ordered a centerpiece with a square vase and the florist taking the order made an error and sent out fresh cut flowers with no vase. I was very disappointed and was ready to write a review on Google but reached out to the location to let them know what had happened. Louise completely changed my experience. She apologized for the error and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I had originally wanted and to make sure it gets delivered. She personally made the arrangement and had it delivered the next business day. I have to admit I was very disappointed and upset but after speaking with her and explaining, she completely changed my experience. Thank you for the good customer service. It's nice to see that people like yourself still care about doing it right for the customers! And most of all, thank you for the beautiful arrangement!

Their jewellery is unique pretty and very feminine they sure know how to get their customers to go back!!

Amazing service, the bohemian style bouquet I ordered was beautiful, I had to rearrange the delivery time twice and they were extremely accommodating and understanding.

You will not love a store more then this one. They have such a range of prices it makes it possible for everyone to enjoy their items. They're so kind and the atmosphere is so relaxing and seasonal. It feels like a little book store in new York York you step inside. They also do deliveries and will do it to the school.for your children or friends children and they even will follow up withyou to let you know your gift has been delivered. Just the most beautiful humans in here and the most unique items. Lovely little vibes. Thank you kind humans ❤

Stopped in to get a single rose for my moms 60th birthday along with a balloon and a stuffy from our son. They were all extremely helpful and me kind. Will definitely be return customers.

Im no shopper and i dont like flowers BUT this place is DEFINITELY an outstanding shop in the area. Clean, refined and the perfect spot for unique gifts and beautiful flower arrangements.

While the service seemed very good ladies were helpful I ordered a dozen red roses in a vase to be shipped to my husband for our anniversary to be delivered in the Morning they did not get delivered until late afternoon after phone calls and then delivered with no vase sorry ladies you lost what could have been a return customer not happy at all
