AMAZING COFFEE! My family and I come from far often. We stopped by for an coffee, and we were all shocked from how well made all our coffees are. Anywhere else I go and order a hazelnut iced coffee, it’s always watery and I never taste the hazelnut but over here it was perfect!! Great customer service and friendly staff too!!

Extremely bad service from the employess. I came for steap tea they refused me then i asked for double double they gave me when i checked no sugar inside. I went back inside the store and tell them they took my cup and just brew it again but did not mix the sugar. I highly recommend to the manager he/she should check the cameras and some strictness on the employees so that they can provide the good service. Because they all were kids there and always laughing on customers and give wrong orders. Please manager or owmer should take some serious actions. Thanks

We every day on the drive through for ice coffee with extra cream and Ice but you should try the Watermelon Strawberry Drink they have too !!! My kids love them !!! Fast service and very polite the girls.

Wonderful service at County Rd 17 in Hawkesbury timmies. Went near midnight on a saturday night March 5th, the lady was alone in there but she was so efficient we didn't wait long. I think it was the best turkey bacon club I've had in years at tim hortons. Even if she was rushing to get all the drive thru orders out she was still smiling and keeping her calm in that storm. Good job. Hope she get rewarded for her nice work.

This location is frequently understaffed and very busy.. but the staff are always friendly and the food quality is always great.

Alexandria timmies is the absolute best one by far!! They are friendly, helpful, always smiling and cheerful. Coffee is just right and food is always hot!! Line ups are pretty quick compared to others.

Speedy service with a smile. This Tim Hortons had to be the best in the region. They always have a selection of fresh pastries, donuts, or bagels. I have never gotten the "sorry sir, we're all out"
I highly recommend.
