Fast and friendly service. When I purchased my current vehicle last year, C&N had an agent (gentleman with long hair, his name escapes me) right there at the dealership to help me get the car insured and registered, and worked through some things that I'm not too familiar with as a first-time title owner.

This year, when it came time for insurance renewal, C&N gave me a courtesy call on the same day I received icbc's letter. Insurance renewal was quick and easy over the phone with Stone Dong, who patiently waited as emails took a while to come in.

We have been dealing with C & N insurance company for over a decade now, and it has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. All of their staffs are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They provide you with the best options available out there without forcing you to purchase a policy that is not necessary for you to have, if there is a problem with ICBC and your accounts, they will patiently call them and wait on the line for as long as it takes until your problem has been solved I would highly recommend going to this insurance company for all your insurance needs.

My partner and I rushed into this office at almost 15 minutes past the closing time of 8pm on a Monday evening. The door was unlocked, most lights dimmed and a lone man bent over his desk. He stated “sorry we are closed, I’m about to go home “. We live on an island and had just purchased a car nearby and needed the appropriate transfer and insurance paper work to be completed. If he couldn’t help us we would be completely hooped. He got to it and expediently, efficiently and accurately processed our papers, with great humour and friendliness too and we were able to catch the last ferry of the day home! Thank you Kevin!
