I've been getting my home and car insurance through Westland for years now and have always had good interactions with everyone there. Most recently, I was 6 months late cancelling my home insurance and Sean offered to try and backdate the cancellation to try get me refunded at least part of it.

Paul was super helpful regarding renewing my insurance. He answered all my questions and gave multiple options when I needed them. Renewing my insurance via phoning worked much better than I anticipated.

I went in to cancel my auto insurance after an accident. I was greeted by Cat S. (Branch Manager) who was very friendly and quick to help me out. It wasn't straight forward as ICBC had provided wrong information, but Cat called them quickly and got it all sorted out. Working with ICBC has been stressful but this interaction with Cat and Westland Insurance was refreshing and informative. Thanks for the help!
